Hey mate I love your videos and they really helped me get back into the footy this year. Could you do a mini doco on the history of the NRL? Like go through the changes over the years in regards to, but not limited to: rules, salary cap, major scandals, when it was a 20 team league. Would love to learn more about the history
Penrith Panthers in 2020 reminded me of Parramatta Eels in 2001, both teams gave away a big head start to the opposing team they both made a comeback but all to no avail. Both teams were the best teams all season yet they both choked in the big one!
19:53 - omg I was there. That was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life. I nearly cried with joy. I just knew at the moment the broncos had the game 😂
11:51 that summary really doesn't show how close the game was. Souths were on top until Reynolds did his hammy. Obviously Souths had no plan B and buckled but they were unlucky
Before watching the video I'm gonna make some guesses. Bulldogs 2012 Panthers 2020 Storm 2006, 2007 and 2016 Warriors 2002 Manly 1997 Parramatta 2001 Roosters 2004
The St George Dragons (1985) and the St George Illawarra Dragons (2009) are technically two different franchises, therefore they shouldn't be included together.
Disagree with 2015 being one of the great grand finals. Broncos played the most boring, negative footy you'll ever see in the second half and deserved to lose the way they did. One of the most exciting ends to a game for sure, but not a great match at all.
Parramatta in 2001 and 2005 should be number one because I hate them so much. Let's also not forget that the Warriors only finished 1st because the Bullfilth got done for the salary cap.
@@patorr69 forget about what I said probably you are a storm fan. But NRL should starts copying AFL they are more successful in managing their games, they have stop creating the drama of a super team.in Melbourne and they try to push one of the Queensland's team for final eight, it's a mockery and it's happening every year.
@@patorr69 haha it's not about which team you like but they can t keep managing the game in this why. I know there are lots of teams in Sydney and it's boring if they win most of the years but they have to be more clever on fixing the problem.
I only just realised how good this video could be. We need a part two!
Totally
@M bruh

Good work mate. Came across this channel by accident. Now hooked.
Great channel. Feels like Whatculture for footy.
great content as always, king
That Darious Boyd interception is always gonna be my favourite memory from 2015, and yes I wish that happened in the grand final.
@M can you even name a Manchester United player.
@@outlawrip-offartist4161 he's not a real fan as a real fan/ fanatic would call it Football
Great video man I love your videos
Awesome content yet again mate 👌

add 2021 to the melbourne storm
Forgot to mention the forward passes and 7th tackle try in 1995.
Bulldogs are everywhere in this video
@Danielthemuppetman1234 Danoob I beet you are a dogs fan lol
@Danielthemuppetman1234 Danoob ok
@Jye O'Loughlan ??????????
@Daneel Danoob ok
@Daneel Danoob can add Melbourne to this list
Before watching the video I'm gonna make some guesses.
Bulldogs 2012
Panthers 2020
Storm 2006, 2007 and 2016
Warriors 2002
Manly 1997
Parramatta 2001
Roosters 2004
Melbourne 2008 not 7.
this a few more than 10 teams
R.I.P Tommy Rad
I’m also related to Lance Hohia

I love how everyone forgets the Broncos were massive underdogs in the 2006 grand final.
Didn’t forget, just didn’t care.
I actually knew they’d win it despite having an old halfback that being Shane Perry
Good game
It's always anticlimactic when the minor premiers fail to make the grand final.
Melbourne 2021
Mate how many “Greatest grandfinals off all time” is there?
Did you not read the title? It's 10 teams that finished 1st but failed to win the Grand Final.
I have been wondering what team do you go for?
I think he a tigers supporter
Who is your favourite team greatest game of all
Bulldogs were second a lot of the time. What the fuck happened to us 😭
Broncos fan here. I'm with you haha
@@callumbrady88 it's good to see a bulldogs and broncos fan on the same side. Usually don't see that a lot
Before I watch I want to guess
Roosters- 2014,2015,2004
Storm-2021,2019,2006,2008
Panthers-2020
Bulldogs-2012

UptheChooks🐓🐓🐓💯💯
2009 should be a different listing and not combined with the dragons of 1985 as they are a different team being a merged entity
so basically dont win the minor premiership on differential if you want to win the comp.
Storm got the 2009 premiership stripped.........the grubs
And 2007 I believe
@@gSWG3R yeah and they got flogged 40 -0 in 2008 when they were over the cap

yeah but you smell
Storm
Should have named it 10 clubs because you breezed over way more than 10 teams, admittedly it'd be hard to pick just 10 teams out of that list
How many didn't even make the GF
The dogs used to be good. Why can’t you they do this when I started watching them
storm have also lost 2021 now haha
😳
I hope panthers make the GF against anyone in the comp apart from storm and smash the team over 40-0 🤣
I kinda hope they fight the storm again win, sorta like 1990,1991 panthers
The cowboys was robed
Panthers were robbed no need to be in this video
Manly and Parramatta where robbed too. 2007 & 2009
