i actually did try keto first and i always feel sick, that is the reason why i switched to a different diet which is agoge diet, i have never felt better, not just that i feel great but i can see changes on me as well, it really helped me lose weight by still enjoying my meals

Found Koia Keto at local Whole foods, excellent taste and curbed my appetite while out and about shopping. Cake batter also makes an excellent coffee creamer, maybe others do too. If a couple of these replace a meal (and that cost) and helps me lose weight, it isn't very expensive.

Bolthouse Farms. They have shakes with only 1-3 carbs, MCT oil, no artificial ingredients and they taste great. They have both whey protein and pea protein varieties. The horchata is AMAZING!

Hi Thomas, The Primal Kitchen chocolate is actually delicious if you mix it with almond milk and microwave it with a tiny bit of monk fruit or coconut sugar. Makes a great hot chocolate!!!
I must have missed this video from when it aired originally, but a big “Thank You” for doing this. I’ve loved Garden of Life’s Ready to Drink Chocolate Protein Shake, but they’ve discontinued it. I tried their powder version, and I agree with Thomas...not good. I’m gonna try the Koia ones and see if that will meet my need. Thanks again.
These videos are actually super helpful! i know its prob annoying/expensive going out and buying them all, but it really helps me chose something thats healthy and also taste good. i love the primal kitchen snickerdoodle collagen, idk if its keto or not but i figured those primal kitchen ones would be good too lol
I just think that industries are giving a bad way of keto lifestyle, cause we do keto to improve our health and do not have adictions AND other things like before, but now all people are doing keto cakes, ice cream, shakes, etc. And i now Is nice to try that, but we are in the same page, developing the same adictions eating hi sugar things por the keto version of something bad for our health (just muy opinion)

Yes I recognize the logo as "O" Organics brand by Safeway. I greatly miss that brand! When Sobeys bought Safeway in Canada, they got rid of that line of great organic products here! Soooo saaaad!

I've been doing intermittent fasting for over a year with good results. One thing l can't figure out though is the following: Let's say l burn 2.500 calories a day, and my total daily intake is around 2.500. If l replace my calories mainly from carbs to calories mainly from fat, will l burn stored fat, or just the fat from the meals? Or is the only way to loose body fat caloric deficit? Thanks
I’ve had the Rebel. I liked it. I thought it was filling enough for a late afternoon beverage, when I thought I could use a bit more food, I wasn’t hungry, and I was working overtime. Strangely, I seem to be allergic to monk fruit. 🤦🏾♀️
Love the reviews. Have you thought of trying Grocery outlet. I know they arent consistent with their products. But alot of keto friendly stuff ends up there for way cheaper. Like primal kitchens avocado mayo for like half off.
