I was cocooning myself and trying to find in what ways I can go through energy portals that is this strong and now I feel like I have all the tools I need inorder to strengthen myself . Thank you 😊 The part where you said you lost everything and you were left with just your knowledge and wisdom. I can relate to that. I believe anyone who have had spiritual awakening can relate to it. When you said, right now even if you loose everything and you can build yourself up again and do it better just switched a light bulb on in me. Its like all my fears just vanished. It feels manic at the moment, it takes a lot of meditation to calm it down, but when amidst the physical calls and needs of the day, it can be hard to handle at times. Yet through meditation, it is definitely revealing deeper states. Light is paradoxically found in the darkness...
if serious i still learn focus when meditating and i always see white and black clouds moving like waves spiral and sometimes i see small bright spots into middle when staring makes little bit bigger i'm lost focus on silence of thoughts because i feel euphoria energy on the moment. i think i'm going crazy 😊 ☯️💟🕉️

"…to expose yourself to someone who makes you angry"... I see that with my cats every day. One is going on 18 years old, and she gets so angry at the yearling! But it keeps her young! She has gotten her growl perfected. I think she rather enjoys their little spats. I am certainly enjoying watching and listening to this presentation. I lost everything in the last 3 yrs since my husband died last year from medication 💊 poisoning & this plandemic is what ruined my private tattoo biz etc...but now I'm rebuilding from the ashes like a Phoenix. We stood up to not taking the experiment & using natural remedies due to allergies to prescription medication allergies 😪. Be a new widow & a single mom again its been a rough ride but the universe is helping me to stay in the present moment n rebuild with my art again.😊
