Would like to thank you for this vlog as am sure it’s gunna save some lives. Men can be stubborn when it comes to their health. Coincidentally l am booked for the full monty of health check this coming Monday here in Thailand. I wish better health and a long life. All the best.
@@Tony-eb5kh thanks Mate . I appreciate you reaching out and being a supporter for so long. And I hope it does save some guys lives. I’ve been messaged by a lot of people and they are very thankful for the video. . I’m just lucky to be alive to tell a story. Thanks again, Brother.

Scary stuff, i had myocarditis back in 2009 was 24yo at time. Basically thought i was having heart attack, kinda like heart burn, heart racing bit of pain left arm tingling. Very scary so kinda know how it feels, i didn't need to do anything other than a night in hospital to monitor me and a months test, follow up gave me all clear. But it sticks with you, hopefully you'll make some changes and keep doing your thing 👌
@@jamescardy3530 I’m sorry to hear about your heart attack bro. You are very young and I am definitely going to make some changes and I already have no more cigarettes. No more ice brokers no more chocolate. . And lots of water and food. I can’t stop eating.
Firstly, thanks so much mate for sharing this. I'm about a decade older than you and am mindful of what may or may not be approaching. Incidentally I discovered your channel only recently as was interested in that beautiful aggregate finish (a driveway project planned). Coincidentally I've had family members (who took the shot) have heart attacks VERY recently (one fatal) and so this, um, resonates. You come across as a really decent and likable bloke, I definitely want to catch up on more of your videos. I sincerely wish you and your family all the best from here onwards and again thank you for sharing. Cheers from Tassie 👍🇦🇺
@@HaleBopp thanks bro. I really appreciate it. It was a hard time and it was a hard situation to deal with but I got through it and hopefully I can help other guys understand what it’s like as it’s happening and get help. Dude thank you for sharing 👍. Get well sir! I used to drink redbulls when we would pour at 430-500 in the morning. That will probably be it for that. 🤙
Thanks for the info I’m 57 I still do concrete but much smaller jobs. I had corona 3 years ago and by the end of the day my legs hurt. And feel weaker. But I also had a mini stroke at 22 , and all I did was drink 3 small cups of coffee and a small dose of chewing tobacco. To this day I won’t touch coffee or energy drinks . The powdered drink I use every day now that helps a lot is powdered beets sweetened with pomegranate the beets are packed with nitric acid which dialate the blood vessels and artery’s feel a lot better and it also lowers blood pressure . But I had to start chewing again to lose weight. But anyway take care.and God bless you and your family
I’m sorry to hear about your stroke mate. That’s very young and we do need to look after ourselves. Coffee is a very bad thing. I lived on the stuff for a very long time. But now I wake up and have a banana and a bottle of water and a shitload of tablets. . Good lesson to learn.
Jeez Louise, your a sharer mate 😂 Good to hear your on track. Diet man. I’m 58 (Brissie) and started a few years ago actually looking after myself.
