Call me cynical but I don't feel bad for people who invite smoke, then get smoke that they can't handle. I agree with what Joe said about the meaning of "outside". Coming up, being outside meant that you can move in places without any worry of being targeted specifically for some foul shit and you can handle whatever business you needed to handle freely and comfortably. NOW, people are taking that term to mean something in defiance like "I'm outside and you all ain't doin nothing", and that's where things are going off the rails for these rappers.

Entering the chi-area, especially South and the Southside burbs, is like entering a third-world country. I lived in Baltimore for a while and met a Mexican woman. We talked.
