Hi Dr. Dray - New fan here. I was diagnosed by my Dr. with magnesium deficiency back in Oct. and started taking the Natural Calm nightly. In addition to helping with the slew of medical problems I was experiencing, it completely cleared my cystic acne within about 2 weeks. I haven't had a cystic breakout since starting it, and I changed absolutely nothing else in my diet, skincare routine, etc! So, I'm wondering, is there a connection between magnesium and acne? And what are the effects on the skin when the body's magnesium levels are restored. Perhaps it's just a happy side effect, but one I'll take! Would love to know your thoughts! Oh, I love this video, thanks! I....and I have been taking the Natural Vitality raspberry-lemon Calm gummies for the past year. I am a runner, too, and the older I get, the more I wake up with the awful cramps in my calves. These have helped tremendously, and I depend on them now. I'm going to buy some for my dad. He's in his late 70s and suffer from cramps. Onwas so bad it left a football size bruise on his thigh. He stays hydrated, has tried pickle juice and gatorade and nothing has helped.

Bromelain is a great digestive enzyme also naturally present in pineapples. Great for helping your digestive tract break down fat which in turn helps with weight loss. A lot of peoples tummy troubles come from not eating foods with enough digestive enzymes along with foods high in saturated fat. Super natural laxative free, stimulant free weight loss helper. I'm not a dietician this is just my personal experience.

I love shiratake noodles! I use them when I make a vegan Chinese-style soup. Bob's Red Mill tvp is excellent (actually any of the Bob's product's I've bought have been great quality). I make spaghetti sauce, chili, even sloppy joes using it (all well liked by my teenager).
Hey Dr Dray! I just have a question about iron oxides - can I rely on the ones present in my cosmetics (tinted SPFs don't run dark enough currently). That edamame spaghetti is already in my basket.
The Edamame spaghetti does sound fantastic! My favorite quick supper is putting zoodles in Miso with mushrooms with tofu or Edamame. Will have to give this a try! Thanks soooo much!

Happy Thursday Dr Dray, you introduced me to iherb some time ago and I can not thank you enough. I get what you Are saying about driving around town. Traffic here is horrible as well.
Some of the products sound really good but....I simply cannot do the yeast or the kelp. I don't know why. My sister loved those things but I just couldn't. I will say, though, kelp makes wonderful fertilizer for fruit and blooms :) We've always lived on the coast so not hard to find. I don't have to worry about salt so I always encourage folks to ask their doctor about limiting their sodium intake. My doctor encourages me to eat salt and drink less water because I don't retain vitamins and minerals like regular people (lower abdominal scarring for decreased absorption) and it messes with my heart. I do love barley and okra for thickening soups. Oh, and flaxseed for extra crunch on my cereal.
Thanks Dr. Dray, ordered the Watermelon Calm, Red Mill Scottish Oars, Fava Beans and Monk Fruit sweetener. Like you, I am always looking for something interesting to drink. I always appreciate your advice and perspective. I hope it affords you affirmation to know my friends and family have always made fun of what I eat. I am vegan, but have been a vegetarian since I was six. I also have an extremely sensitive stomach so I eat very basic and very bland. I love iherb because finding food products that do not have a ton of different flavors, seasonings, and manipulations can be difficult. The grocery store reminds me of Las Vegas. matt jackson Check out a Tilly hat. They are made for boaters and have excellent sun blocking. Wearing one will make you look like you own a yacht, just kidding. They are on the pricey side, but good quality. My husband and I both have ones that we have worn for many years. They are one of those rare items that tend to look better have they’ve been worn a while.

I just stopped eating dairy and I am trying to find an alternative for cheese. If anyone has tried the nutritional yeast, will you please let me know what you think of it. What is the consistency like? I typically put cheese on my salads (Kale/spinach), pasta and grits.
Wow, just today I was thinking you haven't done a food video in a while. Fantastic haul! Interesting about the "instant" oatmeal which I'm in the market for. I've been using Bragg nutritional yeast which I learned from you which I love. I also like turmeric powder sprinkled on foods. Recently found chewable D-3 1000 IU tablets from Now brand on the Herb that are tiny and are a great source for babies like me who hate to swallow large pills. Your haul is also great for pandemic prepping since it's all dry and easily stored! :)
I used to love iHerb - used them for years but then they went downhill. I don't know if they expanded too fast or were bought by a different owner but their customer service is terrible now. That's why the Better Business Bureau has given them an "F" rating.
I sometimes take a magnesium supplement as well (not daily). As long as I don't go over 600mg a day (even half of that is enough), I don't have "bowel" issues. :) I am always surprised at what all iHerb carries. I find enough in on the ground stores (Lidl & Aldi, I am so predictable), but then I'm not vegan or vegetarian. I'm glad it's a good resource for you! :)

it is not the same texture has cheese...more like the consistency of flakes
Cashew or other nut cheese is easy to make 😊
You could try the Daiya brand non dairy cheese.
There are so many brand of non dairy cheese. Kite hill makes excellent cream cheese. And yogurt.
