+Abby Willis I have quite thin hair and since I use indian powders plants it improved a lot :) I use plants like : kapoor kachli for thickening, shikakai for washing and thickening, maka, I really recommand amla powder if you are not blonde bc it can darkens your hair a lil bit! you can find them in a indian grocery store or on Internet ^^ it's quite cheap btw
+Abby Willis i actually have a treatment that might work for you. It has worked for me....I just wanted her to do a video on thickening because I want mine to be as thick as hers or even thicker. But anyways here's the treatment....take one tablespoon of castor oil, three tablespoons of grape seed oil and 15 drops of Rosemary oil and 15 drops of peppermint oil.

If they have already absorbed too much from the environment, then it's doing more harm to our bodies than good.

I love African Black Soap! Been using it for years no more breakouts on my body especially back or chest! Glide type of flosses aren't that great. my dentist says they glide right over the tartar. One floss thats really gentle even in tight spaces between my teeth that I started using is the gentle gum care by listerine... Just a suggestion as I've used that flexible kind of floss and then used traditional right after and its always gross how much is still in there. eww.

I'm in Canada, but I'm close to the US border, so it's not like it's a huge distance away from the US, but to ship here to Canada, it's now between $15 and $24 (even if I"m buying an item that costs less than $5). To my mother's US mailing address just across the border in Niagara Falls NY, it's $5. I will never order from them again, unless their shipping fees go down for Canada.

Okay the biggest reason I don't take supplements, like in the start of this video, is because I'm so concerned about my body relying on them. If I make taking them a regular habit, my body will stop seeing the urgency in making it's OWN vitamins, probiotics, etc. and I'll be dependent on buying them. It's something a doctor told me a looooong time ago, but can anybody comment on how true this is?
Part true, part not. Depends on our age. Some vital stuff we synthesize ourselves, but as we age every year less and less (for example collagen and Q10). Sometimes it depends in what climate and what country we live. The same variety of berries and carrots grown in north of Russia or Finland (Short vegetation season, rich soil) will have more vitamins, will be more nutritious than grown in Spain even organic. I can tell you that industrially produced food in Baltic states is richer and tastes better than organic and bio produced in France or Portugal. I have experienced it on my skin past 8 years. Supplements we take if we really need them and when it is necessary, not for fun, just to take something. I personally take supplements for eyes and for leg veins because there are problems, the same things what my doctor would prescribe.

It's like Whole Foods, and they make juice and smoothies in the store, and there's a smoothie they make called Happy Cacao. It's soooo good! It has almond milk, chia seeds, bananas, maca powder, cacao powder, and cacao nibs. (you can ask them to put in other stuff too, or change something in it). I bought all the ingredients and make it at home now because I was giving them all my money!! Haha

Okay the biggest reason I don't take supplements, like in the start of this video, is because I'm so concerned about my body relying on them. If I make taking them a regular habit, my body will stop seeing the urgency in making it's OWN vitamins, probiotics, etc. and I'll be dependent on buying them.

I know what you mean! I believe we can get all of our vitamin needs from food and the sun lol. Minus B12, a lot of people are B12 deficient.
Your body is very intelligent and you shouldn't doubt it's abilities, it will always give you what you need as long as you eat right :)

Part true, part not. Depends on our age. Some vital stuff we synthesize ourselves, but as we age every year less and less (for example collagen and Q10). Sometimes it depends in what climate and what country we live. The same variety of berries and carrots grown in north of Russia or Finland (Short vegetation season, rich soil) will have more vitamins, will be more nutritious than grown in Spain even organic. I can tell you that industrially produced food in Baltic states is richer and tastes better than organic and bio produced in France or Portugal. I have experienced it on my skin past 8 years. Supplements we take if we really need them and when it is necessary, not for fun, just to take something. I personally take supplements for eyes and for leg veins because there are problems, the same things what my doctor would prescribe.

Ever been to Lassens? I'm pretty sure it's only in California, but next time you're in LA, you should check it out. It's like Whole Foods, and they make juice and smoothies in the store, and there's a smoothie they make called Happy Cacao. It's soooo good! It has almond milk, chia seeds, bananas, maca powder, cacao powder, and cacao nibs. (you can ask them to put in other stuff too, or change something in it).
I bought all the ingredients and make it at home now because I was giving them all my money!! Haha
