Hi Prakash,
I told earlier that I bought older KMH one that “only had Apple CarPlay”. I also told you that it was having lag of 2 seconds whenever I pressed pause or next for music (all music apps). It also had a delay of 6-7 seconds for the phone ring to ring in Apple CarPlay system. And sometimes even after answering the calls, there was no/ delayed audio.
You suggested me to complain it to carplus.
And I complained about it and they took it back and refunded it by saying, it is having same problems with MG Astor. You told your android auto+apple carplay both one does not have these issues.
Anyway I refunded it and never bought again, however, this Ottocast one seems promising !
Hence, I sincerely request you to connect your iPhone with Apple CarPlay and use youtube music and do a few phone calls just like you called your Ankur brother in this video so that I can once again purchase it without any worries !

If you have connected Android auto with wire, you can't connect music via bluetooth.
I. Android auto you have apple music , RUclips music etc and you will have to use them to listen to songs

I have xuv300 which has wired android auto n carplay, sadly it keeps disconnecting, I asked company they say change usb cable i used 5 different brand high quality usb cable still same disconnects, not frequent but yes it does disconnect,

Hi @Prakash Paradise i am having issues with my phone its not seamless connecting with ottocast. Sometimes i need to restart ottocast and sound is also not coming at first restart. Do you who can help with this issues?

@@prakashparadisee yes it is. Wireless Android auto is also enabled. I observe this issues after firmware update. The sound issue is from 2nd firmware update.
Connection issue is like first time starting the car it will connect if incase i disable bluetooth and try to connect again it won't then i have to unplug and plug again the ottocast device to connect. Are you facing this issue?
While I play songs wirelessly through Bluetooth I notice the bass is lower compared to when I play through wired Android Auto, can you do this experiment for me to conclude that whether sound quality is different or same when played by wired and wireless Android Auto respectively, I will be very thankful to you (you can dm me the results)

Yes it does have some lag in 2nd gear. In uphill drive it behaves as per NA engine
Yes it has lag in 2nd gear. Even during overtaking you will not feel not confident.

Have you driven CVT on uphill terrain?
Personally I have not but what I can tell you is that I know a person who is very close to me and is owning a CVT.
He has taken his Aster CVT to even Spiti valley and he told me that the car performed really very well.
He told me that there was not even a single time when he felt that the car would not be able to climb a particular hill.
But be aware that he is a very relaxed driver he does not want over acceleration from the car CVT is meant to be driven nicely and smoothly if you go very hard on CVT it won't perform as your mind would like it to perform

As i mentioned the mileage and rear seat discomfort - this can be a major factor for rejecting the car!
In terms of acceleration it's better than many other cars!
Also creta comes with DCT! If you research a lot you will realise that DCT is bad for big capacity engine as the wear and tear of parts in long term will be very high!(mileage maybe be little more)
But in Astor it's not the case!
Astor is the best selling car in Australia market (sold by the name of ZST)

Prakash, i am not questioning your research. You are excellent at that. Creta; however, comes with AT, IVT, and iMT along with DCT giving it a clear edge. The rear seat space is better than others in the category. Sun roof curtain is not dark enough in Astor compared to other cars making it uncomfortable in the afternoons on a sunny day. The wheel base isn't better than Creta.
Last but not the least, it is not an SUV shape too.
