I completely understand what you went thru. Doing remote work and being home 12-18 hours alone, I notice a lot of things that really put me in harms way. My boyfriend was really uncomfortable with me being alone for so long and then the neighborhood getting so bad, we made the decision to move. It was hard but its been the best decision we ever made.
I literally move rentals every year. 🤷🏽♀️. Simply bc I want something different or the last place doesn’t work for me. I moved in November and will be moving again when this lease is up. Also I’m a single woman and peace of mind is everything. I have moved a few times when my peace became disturbed.

I'm sorry that you have to move because you aren't safe. I'm looking forward to seeing the new space and what you do with it. I personally love moving because you get to decide if your belongings are worthy of making the move with you. I frequenly get stuck at places (work & home) because the amount of effort to find something else is so daunting that moving is really like starting over.

Welcome back... in March. I hope LA has changed. Certain parts of society perhaps moved out. I’m praying 😂 and those that remain had a reality check in 2020 & grew their character. We’ll see. I’m still quarantined at home. LA “looks” different and can’t wait to see if it’s actually different.

The house 2 doors down from me sold last year and the new owners have been renovating. Construction slowed then halted late 2020 and....the squatters showed up. It’s been the biggest headache ever! Construction picked back up over the weekend, so they’re gone. For now...
