So I live in Madison, WI and about 3-4 times a day, loud sirens pass by my apartment. I've seen at least 4 car accidents happen outside my window and I've only been here for 5 months. I offered a girl my cat carrier because she got in a car accident and she had her cat in her car and it escaped. I also saw a guy crash his car during a police chase and saw him get chased down by cops. I'm so used to the siren noises LMAO. Also, my bike was stolen. No place is safe :(
