As a rock guitarist myself, who recently attempted this with an orchestra.... I especially love Richie's subtle and smooth embellishments on the 1st solo and the care that was put into the beautiful guitar harmonies of the 2nd solo. Most bands miss that, skip it, or do not care. Harmonies whether vocal or instrumental, are a lost art and are one way great musicians set themselves apart from the rest....
throwing away the fact the entire operatic section was pre recorded by the balled singer and that the balled was way too slow and many times they weren't on beat its still a pretty crappy cover

@@rayxerin4819 it's sad whenever u think you have to be right so much that u go to 2 comments(that I've seen so far) and copy and paste the same stupid thing, whenever these talented people spend their time putting on a show and people like you just gotta down everyone when u couldn't do better
Lots of overdubs and replacement performances. Not complaining, every live band today uses “supplemental accompaniment” in the way of pre-recorded tracks played by a computer and followed by playing to a click track. These guys don’t play to a click, so added vocals and some guitar replacements had to happen after. Still great, heck..amazing, (try re-recording Bohemian Rhapsody sometime..lol) but not as it sounded in the room. Great video.
All the Queen live performances I've seen (on RUclips) also have the recorded "operatic section" played on the PA, while the stage goes dark and the band leaves, and they come back with a bang, playing the next section live and the lights back on
I've played in many a cover band and I have seen many a cover band....... I have never seen anybody execute Bohemian Rhapsody in a bar so masterfully in my whole 51 years of life! Bravissimo!!
Ann Marie knocked it the park just now on the Rock Island Arsenal. Queen Tribute! Loved it! Thank you for singing with our QC symphony! Larry in Moline

Hats off to . . .. Richie; seamless from normal voice to falset; great, great, great. You all in whatever line up radiate skill, musicality and above all love for the music you play.See you playing your music touches my heart!
WOW! Some of the finest musicians and vocalists I’ve ever heard or seen. Thank you for always honoring the integrity of the music in its original form. Keep up the great work.
That was absolutely amazing. Being a cover musician, I understand how difficult it is to execute this song live. The sampled center section harmonies sounded "live" as well. You are a very talented and resourceful band. Now you need to find a way to play some bigger shows and make some money with your talent!
Somehow managed to miss this, despite following the Geeks for a few years now. When I first heard them do Close To The Edge, it was one of those jaw dropping moments. The same was true of many of their covers. And this is up there with CTTE.
Non-professional? Bassist Danny Miranda played on tour with Queen, Drummer John Miceli played drums on tour for Meatloaf and Rainbow, and lead singer/guitarist Riche Castellano played with Blue Oyster Cult (and still does).
I'm soooo impressed. You guys get it, you really do. If you ever play the pittsburgh area, I'll be there with alot of friends, mostly musicians. Keep up the great work, plan on following you. Also, as a former band member, and later band director, I LOVE the name.
Even Queen didn't play the whole song live. Simply outstanding. Loved it.
I saw the Night of the Opera tour and no they didn't , the middle section singing was on a screen behind the band .

Watching again in 2024 and I’m still impressed with that band’s talent and the vocals are superb. Best cover I’ve heard.👍👍🇨🇦

I’d really love to see your flawless cover. Oh, I bet your voice must be better than this balled singer’s, not to mention FM himself.
@@javomorel So because someone can't clone himself 4 times and cover a song they can't judge how poorly the song is done? piss poor logic

Anybody that even attempts to do this song has guts. This band was awesome
I think this is the second time I've ever heard this live and in it's entirety . I am not sure if Queen ever did the full version live . Amazing job .
They didn't do the opening bit " Is this the real life, is this just fantasy...". Just saying, not knocking the band.
All the Queen live performances I've seen (on RUclips) also have the recorded "operatic section" played on the PA, while the stage goes dark and the band leaves, and they come back with a bang, playing the next section live and the lights back on
Like millions, I love this song. I've never heard it covered better. Well done!!!
