I know this video is 3 years old But I’m wanting to make this and just have one question. Does the stand ever fall flat? Like does it need to be propped up against a wall while using? I feel like the rotation that the dowels allow along with the weight of the cookbook would cause it to just splay out of it gets bumped. If that’s not the case then please let me know! It’s such a cute stand!
