Sinner making the hard court specialist looking like a kid out there, another level.
Sinner wasn’t doing anything crazy or spectacular, Daniil was just too bad today, that’s it
That was quick 🧹 by Sinner ✔️
@@marchvertochko0056 yeah every time Sinner wins is because the opponent is bad. Cry less
Ricorda queste parole. Diventera' uno fra i primi 10 o 15 tennisti piu' forti nella storia @@Alessandromassallah
@@elonmusketeer1118 bro even Sinner admitted it himself, I’m not making this up. The performance numbers will speak for themselves
From 6-0 to 6-5 vs Medvedev in less than 6 months, this is just crazy
Yeah
Within the space of a few months bro turned that h2h around.
Reminded me of the Novak vs (Federer or Nadal) turnaround
@@zy9662what bullshit. Djokovic was trailing H2H against Federer till 2015. He vultured Federer only when Federer crossed 30 years and that too in Federer's worst years. Even in 2015, Federer beat him in 3 matches and closely fought a battle in US Open 2015.
@@RaviKumar-ns2vwgoes to show how your goat has such good longevity to be “vultured” upon at the ripe age of 30
Sinner will be no. 1 in the next few months, you can just feel it.
ive been saying that for the last year. he is way more consistent than carlos
I think Alcaraz will take over in the clay season, but Sinner will be the hard court king this year. And if he can win US open and make at least semifinals in the other slams, he could be the new number one and even the year end number one.
Alcaraz and djoko Will dominate clay
By Roland Garros he'll be first indeed
@patrikmarflak6559
Jannik is very good on grass, remember when he squandered the 2:0 lead against Djokovic? It's not gonna happen with this version of Jannik. He will be one of the favourites for Wimbledon.
Sinner absolutely abused medvedev😭
Bro violated him
Daniil beats himself, even top 80 would’ve won this version of him
For the second time in a few weeks.
Since I've been a Sinner fan I've been eating 2 carrots a day
@@marchvertochko0056excuses are coming already
Im italian and a sinner fan, to say he violated him you clearly didnt watch the match, medvedev played as shit doing like 30 unforced errors, occasional tennis fan
Sinner has become a mental machine! OUTSTANDING!
Robocop or..... Terminator
메뎁이 시너를 상대로 가질 수 있는 전략 옵션이 몇개 없다. 방어만으로는 지금의 시너를 이기기 어렵다.
Huge mental strenght. If Sinner wins ATP Miami will catch position 2 of the ranking.
Exactly what Medved is not.
If Medvedev doesn't change mental approach, Sinner will win next 10 matches again him.
Exactly! Always had the strokes, but the mental leap of these last 6 months is incredible. Calm & beastly.
Sinner is not kidding this season.
6-1,6-2 sets vs Djokovic and Medvedev. let that sink in. i also forgot to add, one 6-1 set vs Alcaraz
*since Beijing last year.
@@z1az285 Don't forget the first set 6:1 v Carlito at IW. He really is killing it this year.
@@jokelot5221 Yes, thats why i edited my comment earlier 😂🤣. beat you to it
Sinner will be no.2 player by the end of this tournament or before the beginning of French open..... even if sinner retains only half of this form in clay season, he will overtake alcaraz in rankings..... he only needs to stay injury free.... even on clay he is 3rd favorite behind novak and alcaraz..... so he should have good French open....
I guess it was a very long time Med didnt lose with score like this. Greetings from Rome Italy
I think the hairstyle is affecting aerodynamics.
This is not normal .sinner didnot make fantastic playing ,but if you see fullmatch i think there is something wrong with medvedev. He made many mistake by himself ,many unforcerror
I agree. When a top playerloses a match so badly it's usual a mix of factors and they include a poor performance on their own behalf
@@radiohead2206yes i think too

Can't remember the last time i saw anybody make Medvedev appear totally outplayed on a hard court.
Final IW 2023 vs alcaraz
He was beating himself, Sinner didn’t have to do anything to outplay him
@@marchvertochko0056Excuse shouldn’t be given.
@@teasellermodi5897 even Sinner admitted that. It’s a fact. Daniil was playing his worst tennis and made silly mistakes over and over again
2021 Australia
I don't remember ever seeing Medvedev losing with 6-1 and 6-2
roger same place 64 62, but roger was almost 40
It's a terrible match-up for him: Mr. Consistency meets Mr. Pong !
And in hard court 😮. Sinner did a fantastic match
Sure
@@commentarytalk1446 Consistency is not enough anymore. He needs to build an attacking game. Interestingly he seemed to be on that mode in the first game like he successfully did in the first two sets of the Ausopen but then went back to the rolling balls back at Sinner's racquet.
THis is exactly what SInner did two weeks ago against Carlos in the first set. But he made a mistake (he admitted it in the post game interview): in the second set he stopped pushing thinking that he could handle the game just letting Alcaraz doing the first error in the rally. Carlos started introducing variations and reduced baseline points so he won the game.
Today he pushed from the first till the last point. Nobody can stand his baseline game.
Yes indeed I think next time Sinner will face Alcaraz, will destroy him indeed. From that match I think Sinner learned a lot, actually it's good he lost, because now he knows what to do to beat him. I foresee a series of several wins against Alcaraz
@hbj .. EXCELLENT ANALYSIS 😮😮😮 from losing THAT WAY Sinner learns a lot 🎉🎉🎉 cheers
wrong, it was the other way around. Alcaraz tried going toe to toe with sinner and got burned and changed his tactics in set 2
So according to that logic don't let Sinner play in the baseline and that's all... The bigger array of strikes from Alcaraz will be clue.
@@z1az285 wrong. Sinner stopped to attack as in 1st set, he said that also in his interview. He noticed that Alcaraz changed strategy, also Cahill told him but Sinner somehow decided to not follow the advice. And then in 3rd set got injuried (for the 2nd time because he got some small problem to his elbow also in 2nd set). He learned a lot, it was a luck he lost, now he know how to beat him next time
Che campione che cuore che testa che tecnica, incredibile!!!! Bravo Jannik!!!!!!! Sei spettacolare!!!!❤🇮🇹
Since Meddy went 6-0 h2h, Sinner has now won 5 straight matches! He has now got Meddy figured out and now he is unable to beat Sinner! Jannik is just too good!
with 3 finals and one semifinal😮

The absolute worst matchup for Medvedev is Sinner, even shadowing Djokovic and Alcaraz.
Medvedev hits flat and deep, with insane consistency and rarely misses. Sinner can do exactly the same but with more venom.
Sinner can also vary his shots off both flanks with insane top spin, something Meddy can't do. It's absolutely a no-win situation for Meddy, unless Jannik is having an off day. It's kind of like Djokovic vs. Murray matchup.
Fun fact: on 5-1 for Sinner, Medvedev shouted to his coach "come here and see if you can do better" 😂 he must have been very frustrated while Jannik was demolishing him😂😂
That would be "Fun Fact"

Sinner will become number one very quickly!
Very slowly since his game is ineffective on clay.
@@AA-le9ls 3 out of 4 slams and a Master a Year is enough for him.
i'm italian but i would be careful because on clay alcaraz and djokovic are still superior. Medvedev on clay is non existent
@@lola1995Yes, but Medvedev has been successful on Italian clay, in Rome.
Sinner deserves to be ranked number 1. Cant be long before he makes it.
He has to prove that he is good on Clay first.
It's not like that. If Sinner continues, he will reach the first rank. Novak was the best player from the beginning of 2011 and beat Nadal in 4 consecutive finals in Indian Wells, Miami, Madrid and Rome, but he did not reach the No. 1 ranking until the end of Wimbledon in July
@@Sternebrillehe is lol. It’s one of his best and preferred court. He will cook point there since he went out really early last year since we know had a really bad start of the year
@@MalekAhmed-kz3zutrue but sinner after this tournament has almost no point to defend he will cook point for real form now on
@@aliasx6183 I don't disagree with you. I love Sinner, and as a fan of Novak, I have no problem with Sinner assuming the top spot in the rankings soon, as this is the rule of life. But I only responded to the idea of entitlement. In order for Novak to rise to the top of the rankings and continue to do so since last September, he won Cincinnati, then the US Open, then Paris, then the ATP Finals (4 big titles), which is more than what Sinner has won so far. Sinner must continue his winning big titles and, of course, he will take the top spot in the rankings soon. That's how it's done
I had no doubt about Sinner’s victory, but this was beyond all expectations. Medvedev was clueless, Sinner made him look like a 13 year old… Brutal.
Is that a new saying 😂
😂😂 Citation by Carlos Alcaraz

Close to perfect tennis from Sinner! He is hitting very very high levels and it’s only March! Awesome!

A parte come gioca quello che impressiona è la maturità e l'atteggiamento del fuoriclasse
La serenità di chi sa che, anche se perdesse, tornerebbe più forte di prima per avere la sua rivincita. Come lo batti uno così?
Jannik is simply the best tennis player in the world right now hands down.
At this point in time Sinner is at a different league. The loss against Carlos in Indian Wells was a one off. Right now he is the most consistent player. He is Fxxxing beast. Forza!

Commentator "It's a beat down" Wow what a performance.
Nobody in the history of tennis has been able to equalize a h2h that was 0-6 down. Sinner is about to achieve it
Novak did better by beating Nadal in 7 consecutive finals on all surfaces (Hard_ Clay- Grass) in the 2011-2012 season
Happens when someone matures and reaches another level entirely
Federer was 0-5 against Nalbandian and turned it around after he improved his backhand.
Federer was like that vs hewitt for ages
That has completely nothing to do with the previous statement‼Nole was never down 0-6 to Nadal‼@@MalekAhmed-kz3zu

Sinner and Swiatek are basically the same player. Consistent ground strokes, immaculate change of direction, amazing anticipation.
True. Swiatek with the better forehand, but Sinner has maybe a better backhand and defends better his 2nd serve. Swiatek needs to improve there drastically. Sinner is also becoming an all round player, introducing new elements into his game. Swiatek could use that too.

In sinner’s head. Saving break points. Backing sinner up and hitting a drop shot. Alcaraz is the far better clay player and while sinner might be better on grass, alcaraz won wimbledon and queens.
Alcaraz has more variety and skill of shots but Sinner has more consistency on bread and butter shots: On that basis Sinner will in the long-run out-perform Alcaraz. The other issue is Alcaraz is relatively easily broken so far in his matches, his serve is not giving him easy points to focus on pressure on the opponent's serve and that's a big problem too.
