SCAD Atlanta Campus Tour

I got the opportunity to tour the SCAD Atlanta campus this last weekend and it was unbelievable. I was an art student 25years ago, so to see what my niece is going to get to experience as a student today I am so jealous. The equipment she’s going to get to work with and the teachers actually having field experience in broadcast, and cinematography is ridiculous. And today’s time I don’t always feel that the money you spend for colleges going to return on your investment, but having seen what tools they give these artists to use and learn with are incredible. I’m very excited for her to be able to learn in such an environment. I’m also sad that I didn’t get that opportunity.
