  • Hi! I bought my first bike on October 2022 and as soon as I got it fell in love with it!
    I will upload videos for entertainment purpose only
    Sorry if the audio is screwed in a few parts I'm still trying to figure it out.

    Cool video! For the weather conditions you were riding in, I believe that your speeds were very excessive, especially for someone who hasn’t had the bike that long! I won’t apologize for being critical of someone who is putting their life and other people’s lives at risk in order to make a video!! The most experienced, professional riders would tell you that you were not driving safely! I have the same bike and I love it, but I love myself more!!! I will definitely show this video to younger riders so they can see how not to ride on wet or damp pavement! I hope your next ride is more sensible. Stay Safe and Ride On! 🏍️💨

      Hi, the audio is coming from the gopro hero 7 black mounted on my helmet.
      I recently bought an external mic but I'm still trying to figure it out how to record engine audio properly.

    Hi, one question. I am interested in the same bike, it will be my first bike also! Have any advice for someone who only had an Yamaha YZ125 20 years ago? I don´t have money to buy a smaller bike and then go to a bigger one. I really liked your riding on the video.

    • @Combimotorides
      @Combimotorides  Год назад +1

      Hi, congrats on the rebel! I'm sure you'll love it.
      As for advice, I think you should probably start with the bike settings on Rain mode just to get to know the bike, and switch to standard mode when you feel confident.
      If you have any questions regarding this bike you should consider joining this group, they are far more experienced than me. facebook.com/groups/hondarebel1100world/?ref=share

    I noticed you use the switch for manual override mainly for down shifting. How long does it stay then in the manual moser before switching into automatic mode?
    Is there a kick down like with a car by opening the throttle a bit more harsh?

    • @Combimotorides
      @Combimotorides  Год назад +1

      Hi, if you choose automatic, it will change the gear for you based on your "D" setting in the menu and If you open the throttle in a "harsh" way, it automatically downshift 1 or 2 gears. If you choose manual, when the rpm reaches the bottom limit (I think it's around 800rpm), it automatically downshift.
      I will post a video soon showing exactly how it works in both automatic and manual.

    This works like an automatic car? Will this transmission last without problems as long as a manual?

    • @Combimotorides

      Hi. yes it works exactly as an automatic car. If you have any technical questions, I'm sorry but I really don't know how to answer.

      Honda has upgraded their DCT transmission through the years and it doesn't have any serious problems.

      Thanks for your concern, but don't worry, I usually go slower when I'm not familiar with the road. I know this roads very well so I try to have some fun from time to time.
