Winner - David Fondon / Runner-up - Darion Payne
#1 Qualifier - Zachary Applegate 8.808
For the third event in a row, Zachary Applegate took the #1 qualifying position in HTP Performance Super Stock, and class champion David Fondon made a final-round appearance.
In round two of competition, we saw the closest race in XDA history between Curtis McDougald and Blake Johnson. Both riders cut identical .190 reaction times, and both ran equal ET’s of 8.995. However, the win went to McDougald with a 155.52 mph to Johnson’s 155.38 for a margin of victory of just .0001, less than half an inch!
Darion Payne, a multi-talented rider, made his first final round appearance in Super Stock at the FuelTech Superbike Showdown. Payne cut a better light in the final against Fondon for the starting line advantage, but a wheelie sixty feet out for Payne would neutralize that advantage. But riders got tucked into their machines quickly as they raced down to the finish line. But nothing was going to stop Fondon on Tauncy Soprano’s 2020 BMW S1000RR as he outperformed the Kawasaki ZX-14R and took the win with a 8.804 to Payne’s 9.154

Who won the 2022 superstock? And which bike?
Why was there a rerun with Schnitz and Givens? Sounded like it bogged for Givens the 2nd run.
Givens protested about Schnitz's ground clearance at tech, so a rerun was decided.
@10:04 IMO this race should've never been rerun! 007 GOT BENT OVER ON THIS ONE! I HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!

Yes they are I know the owner of the BMW it’s stock motor but it’s stretched now and lil quicker. The guys the work on it said I can do the same to mine.
