Madam beautifully crafted video as usual. Dodol is also made in Goa, India. Preparation is almost similar except for the usage of jaggery done over here. The Kiri dodol looks so appetising. In Malaysia this dodol is also prepared with various flavours. Most famous is the durian favoured ones. They are wrapped in plastic wrappers in small cone shapes and packed in boxes. It is a bit oily. You have cooked it so well with a nice cream colour. The grandmother is really going to enjoy it. In KERALA, we have a sweet like this, instead of peanuts we add channa dal, and we add jaggery instead of sugar. And oil or ghee as preferred. Anybow, Thankyou so much for this sweet recipe.

@@nishasurendran18 Nisha yes in Srilanka too instead of sugar we use jagri, don't use peanuts instead cashew nuts. Preparation varies from different parts of Srilanka. I am curious Nisha Surendran from Kerala are you my son Karthik's friend? My Son had a friend when he was in the University with similar name.
