From a woman’s perspective, no contact works every time. No matter who dumped who. I recently did it unintentionally to move on and heal but it was NOT to try to get him back first. However, If you want to get an ex back, you have to understand why you two broke up, consciously work on starting a NEW relationship (because the last one was a flop) with each other, so you don’t breakup again. It truly demonstrates the character of the person and how thankful we should be that it happened prior to marriage or children. My advice would be to stop counting the days and to stay off these videos if they become a habit for you. I’m in month 4 and I still long for her at times, but I’m much better off now
