Thank you so much for all the videos you have posted . I had a question about pyramiding. How to scale up position in momentum trading . While scaling up how do we move stop loss.
Can you please explain this ?
Example : Suppose you have invested in a stock with partial amount with no limit on capital meaning you will be adding more quantity as long as stock is in your favor. How to add quantity when the stock is going up, how to move stop loss with each tranche we add ?
Can you please explain this with example preferably calculations .
If you could make a small video/short on this , it will help us a lot.

Tenho trabalhado com uma combinação de estratégias, a saber, pyramiding, average down fazendo hedge quando necessário e usando stop gain sem stop loss. Meu stop loss é travar as perdas com o hedge, e sigo iniciando um novo ciclo com a nova tendência do mercado focando em day trade e swing trade no Mini Dólar da B3.

This is very nice in combination with leverage on a broker where you can take out youre margin. Open with level 1x a small amount. Know when youre trade goes positive you change leverage to 20x or 30x and take out the maximal margin possible. Know you can buy with that money with high leverage small positions adding to youre position. Set stop loss to break even or slightly into youre profit and let that position grow 😊. With the rest of youre money you can open new trade.

Hi, It happened to me a lot. I tried pyramiding several times, I always ended up losing because profit rates were decreased first due to averaging calculations of broker software and then when the stock went down little bit , I lost the remaining profit. So it is better you decide pyramiding , it is better to sell all the older positions with gain saving them first and then buy new positions with higher price from beginning. When you lose , so you only lose for the new one.
If I am correct is the same thing that I do. Hedge pyrimiding e average down with stop gain.

Sir. When and how do we exit in pyramiding. Say you add 50,30,15 and 5%. What should be the target and SL for each level of pyramiding. Do we also exit our position like pyramiding? Reply would be appreciated. Thanks.
Look at RSI indicator if it start reversing then start exiting like inverted pyramid, first book 50% profit, if falls further close 30% and if falls then 15% and finally 5%, so that you keep maximum profit even if market reverses.

Very good content. Thanks a lot. But you said you are demonstrating pyramiding live but looking at the screen shots from your video it seems you have done hedging with MIS option buying along with pyramiding and mixture of many other things which only experienced traders can understand.
I don't think you have demonstrated typical pyramidal trading in your live video.
Any how with agressive firefighting you have turned your loss making trade into profitable trade by infusing lot of capital for short selling both PE and CE options.
So I congratulate you for your fire fighting skills to turn loosing into winning trade
