This is a graphics mod, so it shouldn't crash the game on its own. There might be a conflicting mod. Also, make sure you have the pack files in the order specified in the instructions. If that doesn't help, verify ETW game file integrity. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling.
Officer: **Runs into the camp yelling for the general** “SIR, SIR The men are dropping like flies and we can’t hold much longer!” Apollo: “Oohh I like the way that gun sounds”
I kinda like the morale. I mean if your company received a point blank volley and 60 men dropped to the ground I wouldn't want to keep charging that would be far to frightening.
All 100+ men in your unit would also have to have the same mindset or you and maybe 6 other people go running towards 100+ men to your own death and never live to fight another day.
I get that for militia and regulars but grenadiers ? Grenadiers, Guards, Hessian Jagers and Highlanders are expected to be tough units with high morale.
They would have stood their ground even after losing 50% of their men withing 2 minutes of in-game volleying. Here it's just too great of morale shock similar to that the Napoleon's Old Guard experienced at Waterloo.
13:09 - They would have had British accents actually, or at least something similar. That's the thing everyone overlooks with the "American" side of the war. Most of them were either second/third generation colonials or were from Britain themselves. Even some of the top brass in the Continental Army were born in Britain.
@Starwars Fan360 I agree with the talks of your militia, yet the regular continental infantrymen still had blue uniforms and are really similar to the Prussians. It sucks that the Brits had decorative and flashy uniforms which led to their disadvantage since to most Americans didn't fight in a "gentlemanly" way and really know the geography of their land.
There's not much i know of that's more beautiful than a perfectly executed volley of musketfire, y'know? I freaking love seeing a massive company shoot their muskets in perfect sync. That's why i love this time period so much.
PA. You're just the best for TW battle replays. You even have a "Skip to the battle" annotations. Just.. I just felt like giving you the credit for doing the obvious thing to do, that noone else does. xD
The reason for the spacing inbetween regiments is probably because the units do horrendous amount of friendly fire when mass firing close to eachother(The men on the flanks will shoot friendly soldiers belonging to other regiments). Empire is that poorly made sadly. "I don't think they fire by rank in this mod". Thank god for that haha. Good video.
Not realy. Historical innacurate, british demonising piece of trash movie with lies in it which it tries to tell as truth. I suggest you watch the History Buffs episode on it.
1. Why would I be a communist? Because of my Profile Picture? Does that mean if I make my profile Picture Napoleon I am emperor of France? 2. Fuck off. Someone asked for opinions, I gave one. If you cant stand different opinions then fuck off and go to Turkey. 3. Why would I give a fuck about Mel Gibson being an Antisemite? As long as his movies are good, I dont care. Problem is: His movies arent good.
I can never understand why mods for TW games always look way more detailed and accurate than what CA makes themselves who literally are paid to make the game.
+HighOn Tea That's awesome. They were one of the veteran units in the war so i was wondering if you have like different morale for the veteran and rookie troops. and idk is this is 100% true but for the 43rd atleast their packs on the back should be white sheepskin as far as i know but the uniform accuracy is amazing it really looks like our reenactment uniforms even down to the badge on the ammo pouch.
Just for gameplay purpose most line infantry, except for the guards and veteran 33rd, have same morale. For campaign integration that might change :) Most uniforms are heavily inspired by re-enactors and Don Troiani :) If you could send me an image of the backpack I can change it for next version!
+GundaPlays lol it's till standing and I'm looking around and all I see are American flags waving on people's houses say whatever you won't but I love it hear
Why do you think that people in USA are diffrent nationality than British? True Americans have grandgrandgrandgrandfather from UK. Thats how colonies worked
+Sp00ngb00b To be fair, I think a lot of the history of colonial North America has been shrouded in American patriotism. I'd read for example that a very large proportion of the continental army was convicts who fought on the condition that if the republicans won then they wouldn't have to go back to prison. Or the note that when the Declaration of Independence was made, only one in four people in the colonies supported independence, and that it was only after the war had begun and the British government had sent troops that sympathy grew.
+wakeup2theNWO Not all where the same. Some sergeants and soldiers would run when they saw the enemy, but not all. Also,it depends on how many shots they're where. It could have been a regiment of 50, and 60 shots came from the enemy, 38 hit there target, then they would most likely run.
+ThePalaeontologist no because in the 19 century nobles started useing the british accent that we know today and was eventually integrated in the British school system
16:20 Captain: "General, if you give the order we could charge and destroy the american forces. All we need is your command. This charge will win us the war sir." Pixalated Apollo: "Damn your uniform looking fresh doe, I wonder how I can improve it." Thus the americans won the war of independence.
Back then they normally had spaces but regularly they are really straight. They use both a lot. With no spaces, they just use it when in a big battle in a big field.
Love your videos man! So cool to be able to see a birds eye view of the tactics used in this time period... I will say that Americans during this time period would have had a British accent or some form of accent from the British Isles.
I'm French and I think they should add the something to the game is in history battles they should add the Allies that played in it like the Revolutionary War French helped the Americans

This mod really reminds me of la montee de l'empire for napoleon total war. They both share the same smoke and sound effects as well as the same morale system not to mention the detailed units.

I am quite flattered by the positive comments about my mod, guys! Thanks for the support :)
Good job friend you made a very nice mod😄
I just downloaded your mod and installed it but when I try to start the game it crashes instantly.

Ok, I will try it. Thank you
what else does this mod add? does iy just add new graphics?
Officer: hundreds of men are dying sir
Apollo: look at those backpacks.
A large No.9 😂
Hahaha gease that is actually pretty funny (not sarcastic)
Another Officer: Sir, we literally lost two thirds of our assault
Apollo: You’re right I should do someth- OMG look at those pants they have!
@@Dux4231 Apollo: What is this beautiful fashion bloody hell its like they got a JC penny store or something
Cool Beans what do they have?
Officer: **Runs into the camp yelling for the general** “SIR, SIR The men are dropping like flies and we can’t hold much longer!”
Apollo: “Oohh I like the way that gun sounds”
A like for the effort kid
10:56 Gen. Cornwallis: "tavington damn him damn that man!" (angry)
"Kill me before the war is over, will you? Well it seems that you are not the better man!"
I kinda like the morale. I mean if your company received a point blank volley and 60 men dropped to the ground I wouldn't want to keep charging that would be far to frightening.
Maybe if it was a cause you truly believed in
All 100+ men in your unit would also have to have the same mindset or you and maybe 6 other people go running towards 100+ men to your own death and never live to fight another day.
Glad you appreciate it! That was my intention with the morale system, man :)
I get that for militia and regulars but grenadiers ? Grenadiers, Guards, Hessian Jagers and Highlanders are expected to be tough units with high morale.

I cant belive PA only has 170000 subs he uploads everyday and has high quality vids
People tend to be scared of the vid lengths, a shame though
RUclips just don't like long videos.
He is way better than lionheart in videos and strategy and tactics.
just cause he has that means he will have millions of subs ?
RB6S 13 No but I don't understand how someone who is repetitive in tactics and strategy in just about every video has more subs than pixipoo.
God, I just want this mod so I can spam grenadiers against Minutemen and slowly advance whilst playing "British Grenadiers" This mod looks amazing.
That doesn't seem too fair...
+Le Emperor Otaku well that's what happened for the start of the conflict
hahah it is awesome :D

+josh kidd will the minute men win?

pixelated Apollo thanks for all the close ups I really think it makes the battles much more exciting
I just thought about The Patriot during the battle. Great film, don't you guys think?

America had its own cultural and national identity by then. They wouldn't sound British or American. They had a rougher accent most of them.
