you got frame generation on most probably, turn it off and you will feel the actual fps, frame generation will show you 140+ fps but because of input lag the game will feel like 30-40 fps
@@sheikhmd.marjan1896 Frame gen on its own shouldn't be introducing severe input latency like that though. BUT, if you're already running at 70%+ gpu usage before turning it on, in order to maintain frame gen, it will divert resources from the game to support frame gen. So you're then getting "100fps" but at the expense of gutting the game down to 50. If you have sufficient gpu headroom for frame gen, then the game won't be forced to reduce its true fps. If frame gen isn't cutting into your actual performance, then if your true frames are 100fps, it should feel like 100fps, regardless if frame gen is giving you more frames on top of that. Technically, it should at most add 1ms latency with it turned on. It it won't feel smoother, but it will look smoother, and If used properly, it shouldn't negatively affect the feel. It's no different than trying to run a game at 4k when your rig is already at 95+% gpu usage running it at 1440p, and then wondering why it's performing poorly. Frame gen is decently resource expensive to run. The point of it is to still be LESS expensive to run than an actual 200 fps for example, but it's still expensive nonetheless. Most any frame gen isn't recommended to be turned on if you can't consistently maintain above 60fps for your true frames either.

9:08 Arguably Latency might actually be LESS important for Marvel Rivals than FPS, because for some god forsaken reason your FPS literally changes a bunch of abilities statistically. Dr. Strange can fly horizontally SIGNIFICANTLY farther on high FPS, for instance. Of course latency is still important to keep low, but if you can trade a bit of latency to directly buff your character?

With season 1 release now you can turn the lightning completely off
You pretty much have to cap your FPS, because if you don't, you gain like 2-3 frames more of input lag even though you would think " higher FPS = less input lag. "
Hopefully within the next few updates they might let us fully disable things like lumen if it is possible with the destructable environments. Unreal can be very taxing if not setup correctly and if they are using all of the "cool" features.

I would highly recommend to turn Nvidia Latency in Game off and just turn it on( not Ultra) on Nvidia Control Panel for better mouse smoothing on enemys hitregistration. And to turn on HAGS only on Windows 11 not 10. And turning on Resizable Bar in Bios.
I don't know about you guys, but frame gen doesn't work for me. Saw another youtuber confirm it too. If you wanna check yourself, lock your game to 30fps, see how choppy it looks, then turn on frame gen, and see nothing changes. You know how 60 fps looks like, but its the same 30 fps choppiness. It only shows more fps and adds input latency without actually generating new frames.

anybody know why i only have one setting under the default graphics setting in windows? I cant choose the gpu, hardware acc-scheduling ,optimisation etc.
With season 1 release now you can turn the lightning completely off
Hi Panjno, would you still suggest to use ISLC nowadays, especially with Marvel Rivals?
You pretty much have to cap your FPS, because if you don't, you gain like 2-3 frames more of input lag even though you would think " higher FPS = less input lag. "
Hopefully within the next few updates they might let us fully disable things like lumen if it is possible with the destructable environments. Unreal can be very taxing if not setup correctly and if they are using all of the "cool" features.
The only thing that changed my fps was the frame generation mode. tried everything else and frames stayed at 60. toggled frame generation mode on and went straight to 160 fps
Thank you! This is what boosted my FPS to ~175! None of the other methods worked, so thanks for this
Was waiting for this video for sooooo damn long
I dont even get a single setting in graphics for windows, on win 10 amd
130 fps to 165 fps steady which was my goal. Great vid.
When I'm playing I'll be on like 200 FPS then it will drop to 2 or 3 how do I fix this
After applying these settings I have 90fps with 23m/s latency. That seems to be the lowest latency I can get. Happy with the results.
Thanks for the analysis! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
Game usually runs between 100-160 fps but my game keeps freezing every few seconds, no matter the settings I have, even if i turn down everything to low and performance, no matter the fps, the freezing keeps happening, any idea as to why? (When the game realeased it was running fine on high settings, after the update where they released mister fantastic and invisible woman it started acting this way)
Thank you, it worked perfectly!
I would highly recommend to turn Nvidia Latency in Game off and just turn it on( not Ultra) on Nvidia Control Panel for better mouse smoothing on enemys hitregistration. And to turn on HAGS only on Windows 11 not 10. And turning on Resizable Bar in Bios.
thanks! haha increased my fps from 20 to like, 50-60? so basically it's playable now, even if still not great
Could the og's get a vid on the cs2 fps tips! Much appreciated!
i went from 60fps to 250fps thanks you that game mod is a game changer
I went from 50-60 frames to 90-100. Thanks for the help good sir
With these settings im getting 110-125 fps on a dinosaur with a gtx 1060 thanks for the help!
Marvel rivals take over lets goo
Thanks for this guide!
If I am pulling about 220 FPS with 15-17 PCL, would it be worth dropping to 185 FPS lock if it brings my PCL to 8-10? Is that worth? I run at 1080 w a 7900 XT and a 7800 X3D CPU
How did you get this Frameview layout ? I downloaded it but the default layout is really annoying
I got from 90-120 fps up to 220 just by just lowering the settings like you and I can’t even see a big difference in that graphicstyle lmao
Rtx2080, r5 7600x, 1080p
The fps limit being capped at 240 is crazy. Im aiming for 480fps but even limiting to 360fps would be doable.
you guessed it , he doesn't show anything useful in this vid
I have a 13900 and 4090 and i seem to be stuck on 120-130fps. My monitor is 240. Would these tips help me? I would have assumed at the specs of mine i could have ran everything on high?
Panjno I have a issue in my nvidia control pannel the display settings are missing how can i fix it? Any solution
I haven had any issues really with unreal engine. I play Cyberpunk, Fortnite and Rival. I have a 7900xt and 13600k on a 4k 240hz monitor. It’s probably that CPU you’re using.
For anyone else struggling to get low latency on a 7900xtx, I had to put my game on fullscreen to get around 12 to 18 ms latency. Also, follow all the steps in this video.
thank you sir. this helped me go from 50 to 200 frames 👌👌
Hi, so i recently got a KTC monitor for my ps5 and i saw a video you posted over a year ago to help with the setup, but I am not able to access the color settings nor all of the display settings?
Great info for lowering latency in general!
I just spent $1400 on a new gaming laptop just to play this game and I'm still getting large dips in fps, lets hope your advice works
I stg these parts manufacturers are lobbying for improper optimization specifically on PC so that we "need" to upgrade parts and hand them even more money for decent performance.
best video on settings I found so far
I have an RTX 3070 and a Ryzen 7 5800X, and my frames fluctuate a lot due to poor optimization in this game. On some maps, the game becomes almost unplayable. I hope they fix this soon.
I am one minute late when I join the game, I know it's because of my hard drive, but there's nothing to do except buy an SSD. And u use G-sync ?
It isn't merely an HDD issue, multiple people been complaining (including myself) even when the games is installed in an SSD, hope they fix it soon
Yes and no. Marvel is very badly optimized. But if I may be blunt a HDD for gaming in todays age is quite outdated honestly. You might want to look into upgrading your desktop.
Im confused on why i constantly get 30-60 fps in marvel rivals while having 200+ fps on other games like valorant??
The game is poorly optimized apparently. It got worse with the latest updates, currently dogshit
Thank mann i went from 80 fps to 180-200 fps thanks so much
i'm really struggling with fps on a ryzen 7 3800x and RTX 4070, 40-60 fps on lowest settings too... The game just wont utilise my hardware properly? I've set priority high as well
4070 and a 3800x is a terrible combo. Your gpu is completely bottlenecked by the shit cpu. Get a 5700x3d and you’ll be well over 140 fps on 1440p
I made it to 200 fps in practice mode but once I’m in the game it goes down to 150 and a little lower and my latency in practice is around 17-19 and in game it goes to 20-22. This is with a 4070ti, I really need to upgrade my mother board and cpu for sure
Thanks this helped a lot ❤❤❤❤❤
Can you help me plase, is it normal that i do what you did with marvel settings and the other vedio settings, but my monitor Hz keeps goes up and down, from 95-165
My monitor is Msi optix G27 165hz 2k,
My gbu is Msi 2060s
I dont think Reflex is working properly atm considering you should never have to implement an fps cap with it enabled to lower latency, it should do that uncapped.
this video helped thanks ❤
Please do one for the new Warzone! Thanks!
i watched your "How To Delete NVIDIA Cache to FIX Game Stutter & Performance issues 2024" video hoping it could fix a performance issue with specifically warzone but it didnt work. I have a 4080 s and was before getting about 140 or so fps in game, but then i was watching all these yt videos about how to get the most out of your pc (i dont mean overclocking vid). long story short is that in the lobbby my fps is about 170-180 ( with it sometimes dropping to 80 is fps) but the second a join a game i get 20-60 fps. Any advise?
I just downloaded the game, and just testing and using low settings with fsr on ultra performance, i can hit around 200fps in the practice range.
Since it is a hero shooter like Ow2 I was kinda expecting way better, similar to OW2 and also Valorant!
This is underwhelming for a 6v6 hero shooter with no better graphic.
am i cooked if my max fps is 40 even with those optimalisations?
mines 30 :(
the game just looks like a 3d comic
really nice video thanks alot!
W vid thx so much i can get 90 steady (depending on maps and chaos)
