Oh, my lord, Chris. My first ghost pepper took me two hours to eat, with lots of cheese and beer. I'm going to do this salsa, and use it as a weapon. Thank you, cousin.
most welcome.. tame it accordingly with peppers you can handle
This is a bad, bad man. Lol. Keep doing what you're doing Chris.

Just so mouth watering!
made a batch of this last year, about a gallon. A long year supply in my house. kept 1 quart fresh and raw.. 3 quarts were cooked with with vinegar which gives a very long shelf life... had used the crushed pineapple in the can and ginger root.. more peppers ready to harvest now and will make next batch with horseradish, fresh pineapple . Love wasabi.. thanks from Cajun country..

My abuela would always tell me about culantro but how we could never find it state side. Im on a mission to find it this week and make her salsa picante aka Panamanian pepper sauce much love man love your recipes
Uncle Chris, this pineapple pepper sauce looks absolutely fantastic. I can only imagine the flavor. I’m definitely going to borrow your recipe. FYI…the woody part of the pineapple is edible, it is very rich in the enzyme bromelain, which is good for gut health, among other health benefits. As always, your recipe is a winner. Thank you for sharing. Blessings to you and family.
I am going to try this
That looks like a nice sweet pineapple 🍍😊👍
I really love this combination of various peppers here. Nice & hot, mixed with lemon & that sweet sweet pineapple flavor😋🔥. I wish it had some *scotch bonnet* pepper too👍
The burn from the chilli, the sweetness and acidity of pineapple with horseradish to assault the sinus! Not for the fainthearted!
Nice 🔥👍🔥
Hi there
Very nice
Much love 💗
Good stuff! I know my limitations.
Serious sauce! I really like the formula, but I'll have to settle for less heat.
You left in all the seeds! Ya mon our boy came to play!
Chris, LOVE your channel, thank you! Please advise where these variety of peppers can be found in So. California? I'm interested in trying this recipe out. Thanks in advance!!
Hi Chris I enjoyed looking at your shows very interesting and creative Geeta Maharaj Trinidad and Tobago WI.
Parace muito bom.
Them lemons are huge, make the pineapple look small ! This was very tasty more so hot, thx for the ingredients 🔥
Making a fur sure..thanks a lot
most welcome
hi Chris 🙏 love your recipes 😋😋😋 I have learned a lot from you. but I want to tell you next time you are using the pineapple don't cut out the core....it is very good by itself I use it for pain as it is anti- anti- inflammatory. I have RA so it helps me a lot. so try it next time ok😉 I'm a retired nurse from NYC .
I wanna make this
AMAZING CHRIS YUMMY 😋 THANKS YOU GOODNESS 🌟❤️🖤💚🤎 FAMILY DAPHNE COTTON ALWAYS 💜 AWESOME 🌶️🍍🧄...
Looks wonderful Chris...how long do you think this will last for in the fridge???
at least 4 months
What about outside the fridge
Can I use vinegar or persevering salt?
Hey nice Blend brother Pineapple Pepper Sauce , question I notice no garlic or vinegar no salt as well approximately how will it last in the refrigerator then again for me I'll probably finish it in a quick as we say in Trinidad. Thanks for sharing brother from Dad (Stephen).
will I have to put this in the fridge
Chef. Where did you purchase that shadon benni?
A short while ago you said you were coming up with your own curry powder blend. Is that still in the works 😋
takes time to get the necessary legal requirements. Still working on it.
caribbeanpot awesome 👏🏽
Chris man do you think de gonna be a pineapple curry recipe man
Viewer_"but chris that pepper would burn your hands"
Chris_"nah man i-man hands could handle the heat "
Pineapple tops still take about 2 years to produce fruit depending on climate conditions
thx for the info
I live in grow zone 6A. I have only got the tops to stay alive for about 3-4 years, they never fruited, I didn't expect them to due to the climate I live in. I need to get to building My green house.
@@MemoGrafix I live in the Caribbean and I have some "suckers" that I got from a top that fruited after 3 years. I took the suckers and planted them when they got big enough. They say that the suckers take a year less to fruit but, mines are coming up on their 3rd year right now. The insides the heart of the plants are turning purplish red now,so I guess the start of 2020 will say what will happen to them. As for you, you should try mixing some fertilizer specific for pineapple plants. I got rid of the mother plant after it produced me a pineapple the height of 6 inches which included the leaves and about 4 inches in circumference.
@@scorporsupremacy7948 - I will try the fertilizer mix You suggest ... after My heated greenhouse is built. I pointed out I live in Grow Zone 6A NYS, not good for pineapples or other tropical/sub-tropical fruits/vegetables.
@@MemoGrafix That's true. Tropical fruits are not really for that climate. Fast growing crops work best there. Good luck on your green house build 👍🏽
How long will it stay for in the fridge?
Chris.. Where will I find horseradish in Trinidad? Would love to try this recipe.
to be honest, I don;t know. malabar farms? You can get the grated one in the bottle. I think I did see it fresh at the Saturday market at Queens Park Savannah
@@caribbeanpot OK great.. Will try the Saturday savannah market. Thanks.
What would you eat with, would you add it to your recipes , can it be eaten alone with something?
🇹🇹
Can this be used as a marinade for chicken?
I could smell dem peppers,I boils the pineapple skins and make juice,if the pepper sauce is too hot ,how to tone down?
Just watching and listening makes me put on weight 😂
Funny.
what can i use it for? For chicken
😘🙂😊😀🤗
Hi Chris,
I will definitely be making this sauce. Would you please make a dish using this pineapple sauce.
Thanks you !
How do I preserve this for a few months?
BIG MAN THING
Ok, this is a raw sauce. But can you cook it as well? Before or after blending.
Hi, can I minus the horseradish? Cause I'm not sure where to get it in Trinidad 😐
like 115 good 🌹🌹🌹
very true
I like heat but you killed my pasty European self with this. Wufty it's hot! So tasty but seeds out next time.
This is bad pepper sauce Chris,I love it can you make it without the horse radish.
yea man, the HR just adds a little undertone flavor
@@caribbeanpot Thank you Chris
Go to Etsy.com for: "trinidad pimento peppers fresh or seeds"; "shadow beni/ culantro/recao/ ngo gai (vietnamese name) fresh or seeds".
Can I move in with You? I promise I won't fancy up to You. I just want the food You cook. I could eat it right out of the bowl, I can smell the potency of the *_!!!PEPPERS!!!_* from, where I am in NYS, USA.
*cilantro* in your description
I just harvested my first pineapple😍 cool to watch the process........
You need to add a Carolina Reaper pepper to that mix 👍🏽
why?
caribbeanpot Just for more heat, that’s all .
@@scorporsupremacy7948 nothing really different than the Scorpion - same flav profile and to be honest, no real diff in heat
I made a similar recipe once, but I could swear the pineapple turned bitter if you don't simmer it. Like what happens when you make a cake or mousse. But I guess the pepper cuts the effect. Good to know.
How long does it last
4-6 months in the fridge
What is sauce good to use for please
The core of the pineapple 🍍 is full of anti inflammatory properties (bromelain).
Hi there I always wanted to make that thanks for the video I got some bad news to day I might have a brain. Tumer oh fuck
Which is correct- unsanitary or insanitary
No onion?
Chris, practice what you preach, wear gloves !!!
Just tell me what can somebody please make a RUclips video because you can’t find it anywhere online or on RUclips or googling why the fuck can’t you find scotch bonnet peppers and other Caribbean peppers anywhere in the United States unless you’re in a Caribbean area how do you export these things are they being held up in customs what is the fucking issue and why is no one talking about this bullshit excuse my language I’m asking this question respectfully but with a lot of anger and disappointment I make all these Caribbean and Jamaican dishes/Puerto Rican dishes and they do not taste the same without the right ingredients substituting peppers and things of that nature and herbs when I was on vacation and these places buying these natural herbs and cooking them and trying The local food things taste different why can’t we finally stinks why is everyone always talking about habanero this and habanero that and all these other things that look like scotch bonnet peppers that are not why is it so easy to buy scotch bonnet sauce but we cannot fine the peppers in the grocery stores anywhere this is important and it’s a lot of money to be made a scotch bonnet if people stop holding them up from being accessible to people who live in the United States this is ridiculous it’s like If you don’t have your own garden and you’re growing your own seeds it’s like you’re not assessable to these things and it shouldn’t be that way are we not living in the 21st-century now is nothing wrong with having a garden if I didn’t live in an apartment complex/townhouse then I would have my own garden I was raised with that my father and mother growing this is various fruits and vegetables in the garden I’m tired of not having access to all of us that are essential and I having a reason no one talking about it just bullshit
