HOW TO MAKE A BOOTABLE USB WITH COMMAND PROMPT

Sometimes, in modern computers, optical drives are not available and at that time if we need to install operating system, we need a bootable USB instead of CD or DVD.

After following these instruction the usb is not normally accessible from windows, it just shows the bootable usb drive. then how should I copy the os files from ISO?
