I love this so much! It never really seemed doable because that verse is mostly bass, but you've come up with something really cool and doable! And am I nuts, or would Feelin' Groovy (58th St Bridge Song) work with this too? 🤣 Anyway, thanks for another great lesson in finding the funk!
Oh that's a surprising mashup idea! 😅 You'd have to un-swing the 58th st bridge song or swing this one... hmmmmm toughie but I'd be interested to know if you have some success with it!
That fluttering style is closest to a flamenco technique. I think it's called picado.
