This is wonderfully done for an out west decor soul type wanting modern mixed with some antique and western old world rustic looking decor, it is clean and charming...I see why furniture will not go...just wonderful. Love the pale yellow...grandma's kitchen was that color and just adore it.

A similar place in my town in Colorado goes for at least 150k, plus almost $900 a month in lot fees. 😢😮
My son is not yet 40 but took a COO position near Ft Lauderdale recently. He’s not a fan of Florida at all. His hope is once he’s Managing Partner, he will take the business to Denver or Chicago where he’d prefer to be. He was looking at 1.5 - 2 million dollar houses and was appalled at what you get for that price and you don’t even want to live there. He’d definitely spend that in Chicago or Denver. And probably will. So he’s renting for now . I hope he’s out of there soon. Florida just isn’t our thing.

Good grief, you are right. In the description it says lot rent is $895/mo ( including water, sewage and garbage) plus $37/mo lawn fee. Goodness. More info in the description under the video.
