Like the year 2023 for some weird reason. I've imported your scenario and changed everything plus it's working correctly except it's booking it for 2023

This Google Calendar variable doesn't appear in my side. I've just connected my Google Calendar with my email address.Thanks for your help.

We have been building the systems on the client's accounts, so they have paid the software costs. Our prices can vary since these are custom automations, but our minimum fee is $3k.

Hi Brendan, great tutorial as always! Can you please also share the system prompt you used? The automation is wokring but I'm struggling to have the agent pick up the right intentions consistently, especially in the unavailable case when it needs to try again.
You'd have to change it so it's dynamic, one way would be to detect the state code that was called in the phone number and use that to determine which timezone is used throughout the automation.
While using tools, when you send a response back to Vapi, you need to format the response in JSON format, that format is given in docs of the tool call.
I've updated the template in the Skool community to now work with Vapi Tools. There was a slight change required in the webhook response.

You will need to run the automation from Vapi one-time to get the variables to populate.

what about cancelling previous booking
With this setup they would need to cancel it via the invite link.
what if i want to only book 2 hours after the current time but within 9am to 7pm on weekdays, and 9 am to 5pm on Sundays?

Try removing any of your API keys from Vapi, they may not have any funding.

Hi, it will most likely be an issue with your prompt, add a condition to stay within the current year using some of the make variables.

Hi, unfortunately the've changed the interface a little bit. You can still call the assistant to make the booking and see how it goes.

Like I mentioned, you'll need to replace the modules with your own.
I can't get functionCall from Vapi since it leads me to tools instead functions
You can run the test from the tools tab in Vapi

Great tutorial Brendan - how would you set this up if you are in 1 timezone (E.g. UK) speaking to clients in another (USA with multiple timezones)?
