I was at the Kemah boardwalk this past Sunday with my robotics team as a fun day after the First Robotics championship. I rode it 6 times in a span of 2 hours, and that thing HAULS. They say it goes only 51 mph, but it felt way faster. The best part is that as the day went on and it got hotter, the grease started breaking down, so it was getting faster everytime I rode it. It's a very short but fast paced and aggressive ride. My favorite place to ride is the middle, as I felt in the middle I got the best combination of air time, speed, and G forces. I'd 100 percent recommend checking it out

They did a great job with the layout, it's a long ride but they managed to pack it in such a compact area. No wonder it's so intense.

One of the most underrated coasters in general, IMO.
Yeah! I have a soft spot for woodies like these. The Beast is my Favorite roller coaster (Lol ive been to only KI, CP, and Disney)
I do rank the Beast over Steel Vengeance, but that is only my opinion
Mikey Forschner You should go to Lake Compounce and try Boulder Dash, that ride is awesome.

Well well glad the Bullet was finally shot during night time. Surely miss operating that coaster. Loved operating it and love riding it. I ended my time operating the coaster back in May of 2019. Did 5 years working at the Boardwalk from 2014 through 2019. But thanks for the upload

MachineWashable101 I’m right there with you, I got to ride it for the first time at the very beginning of this year during ACE South Central’s Winterfest event and I’m just going to say that I took the best 28 rides of my life on a coaster that weekend, back row night rides on this thing are the best ever, it’s my current #1 coaster!
I definitely recommend starting in the front row. Especially if you have any kind of back issues. Boardwalk Bullet is my favorite wooden coaster, but it is capable of giving extremely rough rides in the back half of the train. It gives it that extra element of fear that never goes away 😂. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get my wife back on it and she’ll ride ANYTHING
Every time I get the chance to go its feburary which it closed that whole month but I finally got another chance but then stupid Covid-19 rolled around.

warallthetime yeah I know it’s from Gravity group, and I’ve ridden a good amount of PTC coasters, but none have been from gravity group. Was holding out to do the voyage this May for the ACE event which would have been my first Gravity Group designed coaster.

One of the best POV's I've seen. I had no idea that a night ride on this would be so thrilling to watch! This vid really captures that sense of vertigo as you plunge into darkness and the claustrophobia of the tunnel-like maze that your zooming through. A woodie at its best.

Alan Trotter I have not been on Wonder Woman yet (missed it by a couple of weeks before it opened). But I have been on Iron Rattler, Superman Krypton, Titan, Shockwave, New Texas Giant, Steel Eel, and Switchback - and for me Boardwalk Bullet is handily better than all of those.
StamfordBridge If you ask me, Boardwalk Bullet slaughters Wonder Woman: Golden Lasso Coaster, it pretty much slaughters every coaster at SFFT except Iron Rattler which I would say that Boardwalk Bullet is just “easily better” than Iron Rattler. Boardwalk Bullet is easily the best coaster in Texas, period.

@@alantrotter2077 The bullet is better than both of them. Wonder woman isn't as fun as it looks. It's not bad, but it's not a ride you would want to ride over and over again like the bullet. The iron has two insane drops,but it isn't exciting and intense thought the whole ride like the bullet.

I don’t know anything about this ride, but this is exactly the type of wooden coaster that I love, with steep drops and lots of track inside the support structure, plus it’s an amazing ride at night, apparently.

This coaster doesn't get enough credit. I used to live in Houston and rode it shortly after it opened. It feels sooooooo much faster than 51mph and its nonstop action

I remember waiting in line and as the coaster would pass by you would feel the whole thing rumble and it almost felt as if it would break on the spot, also the boardwalk restaurant aquatic or aquaris something like that has really good gumbo ngl
The Gravity Group absolutely killed it with Boardwalk Bullet. I mean, how do you fit all 3,236 feet of track in 1 acre of land? That's absolutely insane! But the pacing and intensity of this is top notch for wood coasters, and I think The Gravity Group did an outstanding job with fitting such an intense ride in this land. I can't tell if they retracked the ride or not, but it looks like Kemah Boardwalk did do some retracking here, it looks to be haulinggggggg
They did some retracking within the last month or two, and it shows! The ride was running better than it ever has!
The fact that use handheld/headcam instead of a mounted one really brings up the hauling feel of the coaster. Also carpark coaster can look nice at night with all those carpark lighting

Coaster Studios Hell yeah! My favorite woodie is finally gonna get the recognition it deserves! I’ve always thought that if BB was at a major park, you’d hear a lot of people putting it in their Top 5 woodies. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart 😂

I remember riding this with Theme Park Review's 2009 Texas Tour group, and it was insane how fast the thing flew through the course. It also rode pretty rough, but I've heard that it is running better after some re-tracking?

Hopefully, you'll talk about the fact at how Martin and Vleminckx, the guys who erected the ride for The Gravity Group, rushed construction for the 2007 opening of the coaster, which led to very poor track gauge being placed on the ride. Therefore, the train didn't travel to its desired top speed of 51 mph, and also failed some of its test runs because of that reduction in speed. I hope you can mention that in your review.
