Recipe:
3 cups brown sugar
1 1/3 cups veggie oil
2 eggs
2 tsps vanilla
5 cups flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups milk
4 cups finely chopped rhubarb
1 tsp almond extract
Topping: 1 cups sugar
2 TBSP butter
-Beat B. Sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth
-Combine dry ingredients. Fold in alternately with milk.
-Add rhubarb and almond extract
-pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle topping over the batter
-Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

We Persian put Rhubarb in lots food not just dessert 🍮 I have 2 plant but never enough for my family 😢I don’t know what is wrong with my garden they never grow huge like other people ( but I do pick it all summer to put in our food too )by the way that oil is really bad use butter or avocado oil ! If it had to be liquid oil 🤷🏼♀️

Good recipe but don't need to talk about unrelated topics as by time you get to recipe I'm already bored. You're going at a good pace with ingredients as some bakers go way to fast on ingredients and can't keep up. Just some feedback so good luck on your other recipes😊
