BAKE-OFF WINNING RHUBARB CUSTARD BARS {SUMMER VINTAGE RECIPE COLLABORATION}

Today I am making a the perfect summer rhubarb dessert recipe I found from Just a Pinch. The crust is buttery and has the perfect amount of crunch and pairs so well with the bite of the rhubarb. I don't know why but cooking with rhubarb intimidates me. Probably because my family never cooked with it but as an adult I love it's addition to recipes. It was so cool to hear that you ate it with salt right out of the garden. My MIL grows it and I will try it tat was this summer. And what a good idea to find winning bake off recipes.

Love rhubarb! We had a huge patch whilst growing up outside Chicago. Unfortunately here it in South it doesn't perform well. Our winters aren't cold enough.😢 Yummy recipe.
