I've got the same issue on my 2020 3500. Switched out the Module, The control Switch, cleaned the ground and Yet nothing. Whats that fuse you switched out? Can you please advice?

I always try to get in trough generic obd and data sometimes it shows diff things. What a shame too the edge lost so much value over the years. I have a Zeus, Bosch ADS 625, Autel Elite, Autel IM508, Launch Torque and Diagun and the CanDo C-Pro and still I have holes unfortunately

I know. Never seems to be enough. Definitely can't rely on just one scanner these days. I never tried to manually ID as a different year. Maybe when it comes back for the repairs.

Phillip Bailey def try to manually change and or go into generic obd2 the engine looking icon there a lot of diff data in there. When you can’t seem to find something give it a shot. Great stuff tho thanks for sharing

Wow that’s sad the 2 higher end scanners let ya down. If possible can you do a part 3 when get the parts installed just to double check. Thx Phil 👍🏻🍻

I certainly will. I believe the customer somehow shorted the 30 amp Circuit to the brake output but will never know for sure. Sure is frustrating sometimes.
