NUGENT TIPPER TRAILER
Nugent Tipper trailers are designed and manufactured for the demanding professional. With full type approval (ECWVTA), they’re manufactured with a strong fully welded and galvanised chassis, ensuring maximum strength and durability, load capacity, flexibility and safety. Innovative chassis design, combined with all round easy access, excellent tipping angle, drop sides and years of trailer design expertise have produced the perfect trailer for the building, landscaping and agricultural industries.
Nugent’s patented Dual Drive™ suspension is standard across the range, enhancing the towing experience and bringing trailer suspension to new levels. Nugent’s tradition of robust fabricated chassis design has further evolved with the introduction of new materials and innovative design features, combined with a policy of incorporating market leading components to ensure Nugent remains the professionals’ choice.
The Nugent Tipper range is available with maximum gross weight up to 3,500kg and sizes from 2.5 metres to 3.7 metres, guaranteeing a suitable model for every application. The standard design includes many desirable features and is complimented with a range of optional extras if further customisation is required.

Be interesting to see a long term test with the likes of indespension. Nugent and ifor used heavily at farms day in day out. See how they last over the years.
Hi Greg, they’re made in Northern Ireland and have been making trailers since 1984. Generally once people buy a Nugent they don’t tend to go for anything else.

Hey mate my mate has purchased one of these tipping trailers in new Zealand and he really wants to get the bluetooth tipping option but we have drawn a real blank on finding out a price or where to even purchase the bluetooth module and wiring loom not even the sales team here in new Zealand even knew you could get it if you could send me in the right direction of a website that could help would be muchly appreciated thank you

very clever James Bluetooth for tipping the trailer does all the trailers that tip have the Bluetooth on
It’s an optional extra on the Nugent trailers. As far as I know, no other trailer has the facility.

So will it tip 2.7 tonne?
Hi Jack, Great question. Simple answer.. yes. The correct answer - The trailer is 3500kg gross and 1020kg net giving a payload of 2480kg. Being made by Nugent everything is up rated compared to other options in the market. The ram I believe is the same size they put on silage trailers and the pump will push way more than required. I wouldn’t recommend putting say over two tonnes at the the front of trailer and trying to tip, always a load spread across the trailer is better. Contact us if you have any further questions.
