  • 4th track from TinWhistler's first album, which is simply called "TinWhistler" and was released in December 2014. You can listen to the whole album for free here on RUclips (playlist link here: www.youtube.co..., on Spotify and on our Bandcamp page. More info below:
    You can purchase the album in digital format (Bandcamp, iTunes, Google Play and Amazon) as well as in CD format (Bandcamp only. digital download also included). It has 11 tracks (+2 bonus tracks) which try to capture the essence and spontaneity of our RUclips videos.

      I is fairly unknown in Brittany actually.
      Any idea on who composed it?
      The band Tri Yann put a song to it in the 70s.
      But I have zero idea on how it became so popular abroad 🤷🏻
      Any idea by any chance?
      Padrig Sicard recorded a very similar en-dro on an album followed by 2 other en-droioù.

      @@Melvorgazh not sure, it's been years, but it's very possible that I never heard it anywhere and I just learned it from looking at the sheet music. I just found the live session you mentioned but to me it sounds like a different tune.
