Quiche Zouba3
Dough
2 cups Flour
1 Egg Yolk
1 tbsp Ground Zaatar
4 tbsp Cold Water
125 g Cold Butter
Filling
1 cup Crème Fraîche
1 cup Diced Akkawi Cheese
1 Egg
1 cup Zoubee Leaves
12 Black Olives
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 Shredded Cheddar

Nice idea adding the ikawy, but in quish you need to pre-bake the base so the dough show it real flavour and doesn’t get doughy . all the best .
