"The other bloke" is Rondo, Frank's cousin. He lost everything in an apt. complex fire about 9+ weeks ago. Stayed with family through the holidays while rebuilding / recovering. Most recent word is he's due back on the channel soon - but we should be patient. It takes a lot of work to get back on your feet after a traumatic event like that.
