She is truly a gift. It's so rare in the vocal synth sphere to have the voice provider for a product be excited and talk open about a project, let alone even reveal their name. So so awesome to have her involved, we MUST get SOLARIS funded! Only a month left!
It's always nice to see, I remember seeing Sachiko's reaction to her vocaloid, it was so wholesome. No one can compare to Naoto and Kaito though, they're adorable.
Thank you to Ms. Rowley.
This highlights something that I've worried about in regards to the future of vocal synth, in that the (American) musical establishment either hasn't seen the utility of them or doesn't take them seriously; Vocaloid etc. lends itself to producers who would never set foot in an actual studio, so it's easy to see how professional engineers might never encounter them.
Nashville has a reputation for being focused on country music, but it's really a nexus for music production in general; that Rowley's engineer friends are excited at the prospect for what vsynths can create is both heartening and intriguing. If Solaris catches on in Nashville, you can probably expect other companies to start making their own vsynth engines. Current Western attempts at similar products are generally sample-based and can't produce custom phrases - good for choral backing but terrible at actual lyrics. This may be the start of something interesting.
Emma is a gem. I am so so happy Solaris is funded and can't wait to hear her AI bank.
I bought her soundbank. Its groovy to hear her being interviewed, as if a band member because now with a few effects added, she is jamming out the heavy metal like a walk in the park.
Good tone for rock vocals that sounds very real, nothing robotic about it.
Possibly one of the coolest synths to work with, it will take your tunes to the next level.
Please bring Ozzy and Paul Mccartney and others into the studio to produce their soundbanks immortalized for creativity with SynthV.
Accents perhaps as a feature to mod voices to emulate english accents of different locations.
Also, consider making it so it can be edited within the piano roll of DAWS, so this can bring in all the many features of the piano roll that is within FL Studio.
Drag and drop features to pull vocal clips into DAWS, rather than having to first save a file before importing the file. A autosave could be initialized within the action of a performing a drag n drop movement, this can speed up and enhance the workflow.
Other than those considerations, its a very very groovy VST, and thankyou for being born.
i love her voice actor!!! she sounds sweet! i can’t wait to buy SOLARIS
Her synth has a gorgeous voice, I'm so glad Solaria ir now on the market.
I have had the pure pleasure to make a few songs with Solaria and the experience has been fantastic!Being a lover of jazz,I like to use her for jazz standards. This is not the usual genre of pop that she is used for but she has the range and depth of realism to excel here.I expect Emma must be surprised at the various paths this vocal trip has taken. What a great collaboration between Eclipsed Sounds and Emma.Well worth the wait.Well done to all.
She sounds like a lovely person qoq
I love her voice! Good luck on reaching your crowdfunding goals!
Loved hearing about her journey with music 💙🥰 hope the crowdfund gets fully funded!!
Her voice is so pretty.
Exactly what you want in a voice synth VA
Thank you Ms Rowley and thank you Eslipse Sounds for making this happen. This has been a game changer for me and I own the pro version of SV and bought the full version of Solaria.
This was a really cool look into things! I'm so happy she's excited to be a part of this world and others are too. ^^
beautiful voice 😍❤️
So glad to hear more of her.
manifesting Eric Hollaway interview 🙏
Ok ... what a treat that I've found a DMV native to enter my studio as "Solaria". Will be FUN!
I'm so excited
It sounds so weird hearing Solarias voice just casually talking
love her
lol. there is something musical with Nashville. Like a musical centre of America
Ayyy I’m from nashville!
Emma omg I’m from Loudoun County!!! NOVA REPRESENTATIVES!!!
Bravo for courage.
question and very important..
Example.
Someone composes a hit with software.
With solaria.
Composition,recording,production,label.publisher
+ vocals
All alone.
At Singer you have to share parts of profits.
Do I have to pay Solaria?
Or to company which produced "Voice"?
To Mrs Emma Rowley?
Thank you for your question! When someone buys SOLARIA, they can profit off of the songs they create with her voice, just like any other commercial synthesizer. You can view the full license agreement here! www.eclipsedsounds.com/solaria-license
will there be a LITE version as well?!
We need the money from sales to fund our future plans, so right now there's no plan to have a LITE version!
@@eclipsedsounds Well I will buy her when she fully comes out! i love her voice so much!!! I’m gonna ask my friends to help fund as well!
@@eclipsedsounds Well since your crowdfunding was so successful and you have more the original goal will there be a Lite version? And is Solaria just going to be an AI or will there also be a Standard version as well? Also, I'm sure you guys are well aware that Lite versions are really good for marketing; people will use the Lite version and test Solaria out because it's free, and if they like her they will buy her. However, if she's full version only, a big opportunity will be missed to give her exposure to users who may like her Lite version and buy her, which results in more sales. I personally won't invest in a voicebank unless I've tried them out, whether it be via Lite bank or the offered VOCALOID trials. And especially with SynthV, I always try out the Lite versions at least once before I decide whether I will invest in a full version. This is how I purchased Koharu Rikka Standard and AI, as well as Chiyu Standard, and I will be purchasing Eleanor Forte's full version when it is available along with Yamine Renri. (I also have Cangqiong, and I was quite sure I wanted her when I purchased her.) I would be very interested in a Solaria Lite version, because if she does well as a Lite bank her full version will most definitely 100% be worth the money. Also, if she does well and I do buy her full version, I would very much recommend her to new users/users looking for a good full version bank to use. I'm sure other users would do the same. Because of this logic, I was wondering if Solaria would be getting a Lite version?
@@itsyuuki We are still deciding on it, but it has been being considered for all of the reasons you listed and more!
@@eclipsedsounds Oh okay thank you!
she didn't even say solaris's name throughout the whole interview
It's mostly due to how the questions were phrased! (But we cut out a lot of the questions for a more pleasant listening experience)
omg its the rudest person in the world
