yes i will! i actually have been drinking a gallon of water a day for over two years now, and if i dont, i feel more tired and hungry! working out twice a day also makes me real thirsty lol

this is my first zit in about three months so usually a towel works idk what’s wrong 😑 we will never know 🤷🏼♀️ it’s going away right now so that’s good! i’ll stop using a towel i guess
@@MadalynMac I watch a lot of literatures didn't even say use towels cause acne, just say high-sugar high-oil or dairy product，include stay up late may cause acne. If you really want your acne gone fast,you can use some anti acne products.
