With the info we have for the moment, I would say no, unfortunately... Dceased seems to be a mix between the marvel zombies and the more "classic" version of zombicide (centered around using objects and weapons, where marvels version has basically no objects). And I would also think that getting marvel and DC to agree to that would be quite difficult...
But I guess we could always house rule it to work 😉

Three things to say: 1) Depending on the expansion packs, I hope Black Adam and Captain Marvel are introduced. 2) If their following based on the comics, it's gonna be quite interesting. 3) When players start playing Zombie Heroes, please make sure they're not all that Buffed.

Really hoping they have both living and anti-life versions of all/majority of the characters. Would be a huge disappointment if they don’t do this! It already feels like we’re going to be getting half a game compared to Marvel Zombies since we’re not getting a Zombie Mode with DCeased.
