My 3 children attended school in London for 3 years and my littlest from reception to second grade had the loveliest british accent-“mummy! Mummy! Naughty daniel was throwing raisins at me on the bus!” My oldest spoke English very deliberately even from an early age as if he learned it as a second language and my middle child would come home one day sounding Jamaican the next Pakistani and the next cockney or a Scot-you never knew what would come out of his mouth. He’s still an incredible mimic. Classmates’ parents in USA schools had to meet him (and us) after hearing stories from their kids because they thought we were raising some lunatic child. She's so beautiful and always funny❤
They think their accents are better than American accents. Just Appreciate them both and stop the elevation. Respect the differences would be nice.
You gotta love Alan Carr.
They must sound extremely mid-atlantic then lol
Now Emily Blunt is how a true good kind, intelligent, English person should be ❤❤❤
I was bullied in school on long Island because I didn't have an accent.
I love how the Brit’s always casually diss us Americans. It’s like the norm for them. Meanwhile we think very highly of them 😂

Marmite is definitely not German, I lived there 40 years and had to bring it back from England when I visited
@annettedipianduni3253 I read it was invented by a German Scientist Justus von LieBig, then produced in Britain.
