A DAY IN GAMLA STAN: Stockholm City Hall Tour and Exploring Old Town

- Welcome to a gorgeous sunny day in Stockholm, Sweden!
After seeing much of the city over the past few days, we spent our last full day in our own neighborhood of Gamla Stan. This is Stockholm’s Old Town, which is full of cobblestone streets, gorgeous architecture, and rich history. We start the day touring the Stockholm City Hall and finish with FIKA (CINNAMON BUNS AND COFFEE!).

I must say that I was slightly disappointed with the Nobel museum. The Wasa museum on the other hand is an absolute must when you are in Stockholm!
What time of the year did you guys go?
At 3:12 I thought you said Stuttgart(German city) and got really confused. Then I realized that you said Stortorget, haha.
Are there local bars in this area? Bars/pubs?
In Old Town? I’m sure there are if you ask around but it’s certainly a more touristy part of the city.
Yes, stay off the main touristy alleys and you'll find them. At least two are medieval inspired serving mead.
