I'm not sure why you need me to show this ? I can tell you It's 0.25 from the 12th on the low E (standard 8series setup). were you trying to set-up your guitar neck ?

no its hard for me to pressing down the strings and a mute type sound come out of the strings and my fingers is hurts too when playing guitar
This is normal, It's not much to do with the guitar, more strength, and technique. You are new to this technique so you must keep trying for at least 2 weeks, you will feel it improve but don't force it. The hand takes time to build strength. Keep going and good luck, let me know how you get on. ;-)

This is the same for everyone dude, keep going, these things take time, learn easy songs with chords, go slowing, try many different things. It takes some of my students weeks to do and longer to master (that's with personal tuition!) Take your time it gets easier ;-)
