I visit here every now and then, and it hurts me to see that day by day ure getting lesser attention than u deserve for the insanely effective strategies ure sharing. I think u were one of the first ones to start this. But please, dont stop this, even if 10 people watch you, I belive that 5 of them would definitely inhibit some kind of change.
Wow, this is a very interesting video, and I'm going to try everything you mentioned. For the Past Year, I have been trying a lot to improve myself again. Exercise, food, friends, Work, health, Learning and other things, but I just can't keep consistency in my life. I have some Health issues which sometimes hold me back a lot and other times are pretty nonexistent. It's really hard and even tough I have been seeing some improvement it's not nearly enough for what I need. Sorry if I'm venting, but I feel like I need to. Thank you for this amazing Video !
