Great vid! Always wanted a Purple People Eater when I was a kid but didn't manage to get one until recently. When I was in my teens, back in the early 90s, I went into a discount store in Seaham in the north east of England and they had stacks of them boxed in mint condition. I'd never even seen one in a toy store when I was growing up so I don't know if they were reissues or an original batch that had been in storage somewhere. I waa 'too old' to buy toys at the time (!) so I passed on getting one and regretted it. When I started collecting, I was lucky enough to find one of my grail pieces almost straight away - Mezco's 2001 '20,000 Leagues Under The Sea Cabin Control Captain Nemo Playset'. It's got so many cool little accessories and is still my favourite item in my collection so far. It's one of the few toys I own that actually looks better with a bit of dust on it, so that's a bonus as well! 😆
Really great pickups bro! 🔥My pet monsters look so good. I need to pick those up after seeing them here. Interesting story about the ghost house. I also lived in a house that was extremely haunted. Over the span of 2-3 years we all would get hella sick, hallucinate shadow figures, my uncle passed away there from a heart attack, and we were all really miserable there. One day a priest came onto our property and did some investigation. Turns out, we lived in a house that was build over what once use to be a lake where people would commit suicide. We moved from there and everything was okay again. That house was cursed and eventually got demolished because no one would live there.
Yeah... Gotta say... 2020's been pretty decent for catching up on the list. Got an og xbox with Spawn and Manhunt. Beavis and Butthead for Genesis and Blaster Master for NES. Got a Lite Brite for the kid, a complete Nightmare board game with VHS for the next dark and stormy night. But best of all, a complete POG tournament board, mat, tubes with classic and designer caps and 2 unopened boxes of pog power pac 2 caps. Can finally finish that old set in the binder I had started 25 years ago lol
@@slimehousetv Up to now it's mostly been Power Rangers toys and the boxes for me to put Megazords back in. Did find some Mezco figures of Metropolis, Frankenstein, and Dr Jekyll. Got some Bride of Chicky figures too. Loads of things I had forgotten about and don't have enough room for now hah, so will either give them away or sell online.
Theo- I was at WALMART, and they have a new line of toys that are (low key) from Todd McFarlane. They call the toy line RAW10, and they have a decent price point- 10 for the med figures and 20 for the big ones. I scored the Mecha-Shark, which is a cybernetic Great White Shark. He's big, he's blue, and his jaws and tail can move if you adjust it manually. I want to get the Cyborg snake, and the Cyborg Gorilla (CY-GOR) and he's huge,,,,, for 204 it's a good deal. Not much articulation, but the sculpts and the paint application is pretty high level. Check em out, although it might be only one wave. No pun intended lol. MECHA-SHARK! BIG.
That spider is a massive no hahaha Mental idea shoot the spider 😂 The purple people eater is amazing! Would like to see it working if you managed to do that? Funkos are such a good brand. I don’t collect to many but the way they have got every franchise is very clever! The only Sharknado figure I can find is a Funko pop 😂
