    Nano-High, a program of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, is a series of free Saturday morning talks by internationally recognized leaders in scientific research designed for all high school students, regardless of primary academic interest, or year in school.
    Robert H. Lustig, M.D. is Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology at University of California, San Francisco, and Director of the Weight Assessment for Teen and Child Health (WATCH) Program at UCSF.

    wonderful lecture, I was just diagnosed with diabetes, since losing some weight, and abstaining from sugar my back problems have improived, I think sugar is the cause of a lot of inflammation.

      Totally agree I experieced back problems too now Im doing well with low sugar and carbs intake

    thank you Dr. Lustig for your insightful essay on sugar, and the causal inference to it causing diabetes type 2 and subsequent metabolic diseases from obesity and liver overload and increases of vldl as indicators.

    Nice lecture. Forest honey is probably the best and only sugar dissaccaride /glucose/fructose mix that I don't feel guilty when I am eating it.. It's just too nutritional

    In Australia we are now the 4th fatest country in the OECD. Soon we will be number one. Our government has urged everyone to use less but it hasn't worked.
