But more importantly, in total contrast to the rest of his still well-groomed appearance -- this unsightly skidmark above his lip is so Iazy, uneven, and uncomfortably/aggressively cringe on every level, thus it's vastly more dominant and attention-grabbing on his mug that any normal facial hear could ever have been. *This poor old man has truly been conquered.* IoI

Endeavor is happy to let Vince take control because he will take all the heat for corporate decisions. That's why Dana White is still there. Whenever their an issue related to Endeavor like fighter pay, shit cards, raised prices for a lower quality product, lack of money and effort for fighter promotion, Dana White gets the heat for the fans and the media instead of Endeavor. That's why Dana even survived the wife slapping incident. When Endeavor starts cost cutting to make this deal worth it, or when journalists take aim at WWE for the contuing independant contract and health issurance issues, they can trot out Vince to take criticism instead of them. They basically get no heat and make a ton of money.

I mean, we all know that’s what he was going to do, but they are trying to make it seem like it’s not the case (in the most thinly veiled ways of course). The sword of Damocles is getting VERY close to Triple H now.

Flywheel must be the corporate buzzword at Endeavor.
It is. Whenever a company transitions to the flywheel business model it becomes the focus of every business discussion that takes places. For instance when the legal department I work for presents something to the leadership team it always has to focus on how it fits within the department flywheel. But commonly nobody ever explains what the flywheel actually is or why it’s important so it sounds pretty goofy to a layman when it isn’t explained why it matters. It’s largely just a business term made sexy because Amazon used it and obviously exploded into the beheamouth that it’s become.
But boiled down its basically just a business philosophy that small business wins build on each other over and over in a spinning circle to a point where eventually it’s just a constant spinning momentum of growth to where seemingly growth just begins to happen on its own guided by the naturally grown momentum of successes that now guide everything moving forward. Basically a fancy way to say that a bunch of smaller successes in your operations combine to become big successes later on versus focusing solely on one big success alone. Instead of saying we’re going to become a billion dollar revenue company you say we’re gonna focus on being efficient and hitting small goal after small goal and eventually it results in the billion dollar company as a result versus focusing on being a billion dollar company. Just a seemingly more sophisticated way to say what in reality is s fairly common sense and simplistic thing.

Prettt common whenever a business adopts this model. But they never explain what it means so it just sounds silly if you aren’t aware of it. I work for a company that uses the flywheel in their business units and it’s the same sort of thing. It’s the sole focus of every business discussion of how does this or that fir within your flywheel.
