Your video had me thinking. I feel like I really upgraded as an artist when I went from thinking some colours are ugly, to thinking all colours are useful, necessary, and beautiful in their own way.

Hi Just a tip on find your art style, it was very frustrating when I was there. To find it, I just grabbed a sketchbook and drew, by the time it was half full, I had found my style! Getting a sketchbook helped me a lot, I found out how to do most of your goals in doing so. So um ya I recommend getting a sketchbook (pieces of paper don’t work because they alll end up getting lost and you can’t look back at some of ur previous pictures and think, oo that looks good I’ll do it on my other drawings)
@@lil.marzipan thanks for the tip! It’s actually my brithday soon, and I am getting ohuhus, a sketchbook, and maybe a kneaded eraser and some microns. So yeah, I am prepared! Thanks again for the tip! I agree that it’s easier with a sketchbook since loose papers would easily get lost!

I am holding my tears since this morning because I am doing a digital animation and you know I didn't wanna "waste my time crying". This video totally made me burnst into tears but in a positive way. I just realise that drawing while tears fall from your eyes is not such a bad thing to do haha Anyway thank you so much for these kind of videos, they really make me think of all my problems in a different and most of the time in a better way and I'm really enjoying it.
Oh my word Mira! You are such an influential artist and your talent shocks me. When I believe it can’t get any better, somehow you make it incredible! You have not only inspired me, but also changed the way I make and view art! Thank you for all you have done and have a blessed day! Cheers!
Mira, thank you for your wonderfully supportive and creative videos. Since I started watching I have been able to fall back in love with art after a toxic relationship with it. Thank you for helping me invest in me
My favorite is the eye painting. I used to draw single eyes. There's so much in an eye. I want to get back into painting again. I've done different crafts over many years but there is no feeling like painting brings. I always loved that there are many colors that make up a single color. When you see that, nothing ever looks the same. I just found your channel tonight. I know I am going to enjoy it!
I’ve been an acrylic artist for years and I’ve recently switched mediums to watercolor and I think my art looks better than ever. I still love acrylic and I still use my acrylics but watercolor has really given me great joy.
I used to really draw landscapes, than I got into realism and drew a lot of objects, now I am very into character design and drawing humans and OCS and having my own art style. It just shows how much people can change what they draw, and how different things inspire people.
My art goals include playing with abstract designs and acrylics, working on anatomy and character design, and finishing my sketchbook. You always inspire me and I love your art! I always tell people you remind me of a female Bob Ross because of your positivity! Thanks for sharing!!!
My art goal this year is to learn and practice to draw realistic portraits and Mira your videos are so relaxing and they always make me happy . Thank you so much ❤
I just want to say Mira, thank you. I was in a tough art block and I lost inter in art for awhile but watching your videos really inspired my to try new things and so I tried again and I even tried needle felting. I felt a lot of things now but I mostly do succulents. So Mira I could go on and on about how your videos have helped inspire me so THANK YOU!!!!
This year I'm striving to work on my anatomy as a pet portrait artist. Also just finding the joy in creating the simple things, not every piece needs to be a fully rendered anatomically correct subject. Also I have always wanted to mess around with alcohol inks and acrylic pouring, so far they are so relaxing. Here's to a better year and better tomorrow! Have a great day everyone. Also my favorite was the eye, I love the colors and the way you used color to show depth.
What a wonderful video Mira! I enjoyed each painting on so many levels. I liked the more tutorial style too. Watching how you layered the colours. Living in Scotland, your video came out at 10.30pm, so I am often watching you while in bed. You relax me and make me feel more settled within. My favourite? I think the sad eye... it spoke to me. Thank you 🙏 xxx
Thanks for making fun videos. You inspire me to keep going and do art when I feel down. I actually drew an eye. Thanks for inspiring me. Best channel. 😃😃🤩
My art goals this year are to finally do some golden age illustration studies (Rockwell, Leyendecker & Wilcox, specifically), especially that color palette, and draw more food. I want to focus on doing more small pieces without worrying about filling up a whole 9x12. And I want to go through much more paper without feeling like I’m wasting it if it doesn’t turn out exactly how I imagined it...because it never does for anybody.
My art goals are to do focus on what I don't normally do like plant life, use more colors and just try to keep myself from being overly ambitious. Its a very bad habit of mine to grow projects so much that I cant handle them. Ty for making a such nice videos, Im always excited to see them.
