Great idea. Building mine today. Watching you with your son, brought back some great memories. Lost my dad three years ago this September and remember him showing me how to level and build-“measure twice cut once”, was his mantra😊
Sounds like a great Dad. Thank you so much for sharing that. I'm sure he'd be so proud seeing you follow in his footsteps. My kayak rack is still going strong!
Thank you for this great video! This is exactly what I was thinking about doing too, but wondered about the weight making the fence lean. Any problems with that?
Very creative and nice video. We required a solution that would protect our three kayaks from the weather and chewing animals. See our build at Karin and Larry at Home. Take care, Larry

Awesome video! Headed to the store right now to get all the materials!
This is exactly what I was looking for! My hon has four kayaks and we have minimal space so a wall or fence storage rack is necessary. 😊
Kudos to you and your little man excellent job I love DYI home building skills
I love the Gator Chomp! Love the Yak Rack!
Haha thank you!
Super nice idea!!!!! 😁👍🏼⚓️🛶
Awsome! Always great to see you guys in action! ❤❤❤ Oh! The cat too! 😻
Haha yeah the cat had to make a cameo😂.
Great job, going to attempt this myself. Do you happen to remember the length of the angle braces? Thank you.
Yes, I would also like to know the length of the braces please
Great idea, but I still need to buy the privacy fence 😉
Haha or just the 4x4s.
Good job T Rex !

hey, thank you. It's been over a year and there has been no effect on the fence. As long as the 4x4 posts are set solid, this shouldn't be in issue.
How many times do you recommend hitting the tree with a stick?????
Oh yeah you know T Rex never lost focus on the task at hand:)
Nice job and Go DAWGS
Go Dawgs sic em!
If i added that to the old fence i used to have.. it woulda snapped with the first gust of wind lol
T Rex carried ya on that build J
😂 yeah all day!
How much was the cat?
She and her custom cardboard box free of charge:)
