    My old hunting buddy and I are diehard chuck hunters during the summer months. We clean out farmer's fields and we laughingly don't leave much for seed lol. Our personal best was 15 in one night.....8 & 7. I'm 65 & he's 75......we park our butts and scan for em'. We both handload or else we couldn't do what we do money wise. Our average ranges run between 200 & 600 yds. maybe.......not much over it. 900 yds. would be fun though.

    Cliff- that is an awesome field!!! If you two were ever to try my McFadden tripod, you’d both be ordering one on the spot. Nothing else on the market even comes close. No crawling around on the ground, and no losing visual because of terrain

    Those chucks will be gone next time. Looking forward to that future video. Also, that video looks great. Do you mind sharing what camera gear/tripod/mic etc that you use? Thanks

      I use the Sony AX700 camera with the built in mic and a cheap manfrotto tripod.

    Get yourself a piece of angle iron drill about 4 holes and lag bolt it to the 2x4 and you will be good for a few years.

    What range was that steel at? Remember shooting is a perishable skill, haven't seen any videos of your training days or you don't video them, especially true at long range. I was a SWAT sniper, my skills were crazy sharp with all the training. Even my handgun skills became the same. Fast forward 5 years retired and 8 from the Team, they're not even close. Only get out several times a year to Georgia for some medium range training.

      The steal was at 640 yards.

    Ruff day but youll get um. Why was every shot so hard to see? Normally when you show em slowed down at that range i can see the bullet path shock wave clear as a bell. I couldnt see nothin with. Am i going crazy or did ya load em diffrent or whats going on Cliff? But keep pluggin youll get them.

      I believe it was the lighting and background

    • @KEO__Vlogs
      @KEO__Vlogs  4 года назад +2

      Yupp, its all about lighting and moisture in the air. The more moister in the air the better you can see the vapor trail.

    • @tomjones7285
      @tomjones7285 4 года назад

      @@KEO__Vlogs good to know thats for clearing it up. It was a good video just not at all what im used to seeing from you. No hits no vapor trails it was like ole Cliff was firing blanks. And that dont happen.
