Look online how to pop the lock.when I was in elementary school,50 yrs ago (shhh) our custodians used to pop the locks when students forgot their keys or the combination.they would put something like a broom handle between the lock and the arched part and hit the broom handle with a hammer. It didn’t break the lock either. Maybe it’s a Canadian trick
Sounds to me he wants her out no matter what so he can put rent up with new tenants. The garden didn't look bad I've seen worse looks lovely now though❤
$96 to dispose of yard waste? Wtf??????? That’s insane is biodegradable or able to be mulched. Wow!!! It’s free here to dump yard waste, leaves, sticks, branches, grass etc etc they use it in compost piles for the county gardening clubs.
I think there are a few blokes and ladies prepared to deal with this landlord I find this whole situation unacceptable
How come the landlord doesn't repair the driveway? Super jerk!
I feel if your renting a place the owners should take care of the yard
The landlord sounds horrible! It's the awful clump of banana palms that looks the worst and the landlord should get rid of it. Was her backyard very bad? He still might threaten her if it is. He should be ashamed letting the house get as run down as it is. I think you should have called a locksmith to sort out some keys for her gate lock. Was it just a padlock? Someone needs to saw it off and get a new one. Sounds like the poor old dear is getting forgetful seeing as she lost the keys. It made me feel super sad for her. Thanks for mowing and edging around the lawn; it looks a lot tidier.
He got the gate open for her.
What can you tell me about those plastic bags you use ? I've never seen bags like these.
The only thing that looked bad was that tree it still needs a little more work
