The street dust doesn't get a chance to settle on the syrups and most importantly, the flys don't get a chance to deposit any "substances" on them. (rookie mistake). And using fresh, clean disposable cups is just ruining the "wow factor" in the last few sips. The other vendors use communal glasses over and over and over again that sometimes get rinsed out with used dish water. A true Indian slushie connoisseur misses that last sip with that famous mucus-like finish.
At 0:30 look at that green slime inside the slushie machine pump handle !!!!! Yes, most Hygienic !! He never cleans the machine or the lines out !!! Here you go folks, get your bacteria slushie !!!!
I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of this cold slushy drink station no flies hovering around the drinks i wish i was there I'd drink myself into a slushy coma until I couldn't drink anymore and come back the next day and start all over again this is definitely brain freeze heaven I crown you the king of slushy drinks 👑

I work in the industrial food industry where hygienic practices are an absolute must, please explain to me how this is in any way, shape or form hygienic lol
