Your tattoo is epic. I have a "birthday month" every year for myself. I love it. I've never had a birthday party or a celebration for my birthday. I was born on Thanksgiving and that was always what my family celebrated. So pumpkin pie has always been the "cake" one year they put candles on it. This year is my 60th.

I love your Silence of the Lambs inspired costume for your birthday part and seeing all the pictures of your family and friends celebrating YOU for your birthday!!! The idea to hire a professional photographer to take special pictures of 50 was a great idea and I hope you inspire more people to do this as well. I am currently 55 and watching this video took me back to my 50th birthday. The day after I turned 50 I got married to the love of my life who also happens to be my daughter Carly's father. We had been together for 13 years ... with an 11 year old daughter ... but not married. So the weekend i turned 50 we had a big birthday party on Friday night at our house in the Florida Keys and then the next day we got married. Everyone got to travel to the Florida Keys for both events, and it was awesome. And because it was our wedding, like you we have wonderful professional photos to commemorate the special age. And now 5 years later I wish I still was at the same weight. So ENJOY FIFTY!!! 😘
